Norway want to spend only half the sum Russia used on ESC. In these times with financial crisis I think it's a good idea to get this competition more plain. Is it necessary to try to surpass eachother? Megalomania! At last no country can't afford to host this big competition with 42 countries partecipating. Fortunately, Norway still is rich. Currently Iceland is broke, think they could feel fortunate being no 2. (Ps. I don't say this to offend!)
