I got the e-book, but because of a busy lifestyle I hadn't had a chance to get everything written down. I get the basics I think, but it disappeared off my computer. The new advice is old school pyramiding. I had a tendency to jump right to my heavy stuff cuz I loooove to lift heavy but that's how I went from 118 lbs. @ 5'8" my junior year in high school to 165 lbs. my senior year. Now I'm 175 lbs. but I'd like to hit 200+
Got the book!! Great, great, great book indeed!! Neither Tap Out, nor MGS... it's a complete new book. The best for mma conditioning (and for general strength and athleticism too). Great book Jay!!
Great vids Jay! Keep em coming!! I love your Muscle Gaining Secrets ebook and the training methods that it contains, and I have been following your Maximum Mass programm with great success. Besides, I have just ordered a copy of your new book, Fit To Fight. Is it in the likes (style) of MGS, or will it resemble more to your anterior ebook, Tap Out Conditioning? Thanks in advance!!
@JPuxHenri Fit to Fight is great. I sort of follow a hybrid program because @ 34 I'm only casually interested in competing in MMA. It may be a little old to start out. I know Randy Couture is like 45 but how many of us were -ever- a Randy Couture.
anybody got more this type of songs? im not a metal fan, but this one sounds like something i wanna listen to while i workout
