  • Cool.I designed one in my childhood and want to build

  • that would be such a cool "boys toy"

  • Did you leave the original pickup pole on it? I hope so

  • I want that dodgem. LOL :)

    That is amazing

  • Safe to drive!

  • that's brilliant!

  • i have never seen a gas powerd dodgem car! awsome

  • that was at shakepeare county race way!!

  • Very cool!As a teengare,I have dreamt about building a car like this from a dodgem car.

  • G,day mart, check my video out on my page making some precious ally for more dodgems and drag cars of course,I would love to line up all the geeks and bust there ass with my m16,rat a tat tat, life would be so much easier without tossers..

  • To all the brain dead poms who think this dodgem is fake, then it just just shows the lack of genuis in the british people, but sometimes in history a miracle arises, that will be logged with the greats of isambard and stevenson alike.I have witnessed and driven the dodgem and have 12 twelve on order for gods country, gone are the days of quality steel, coal, cars etc, thank god for madengineering for keeping it real, you tube needs to invent broadband brail for tom89760 fuckwit.

  • man u really dont have anything to do with ur life do u?

  • bloody brilliant!

I might have to make one :P

  • why don't you put it as stealing a dodgem with a go cart engine.that was rubbish and so fake

  • As in the comment by Riorules405 below, the dodgem was converted by me so my daughter could have a bit of fun with it at hot rod meetings. Its a bit more than just a go kart engine, it has a custom built aluminium chassis and one off running gear.

So Tom89760 before you say its rubbish and fake, upload a video of something you've made thats better, instead of uploading the crap and unimaginative video of a kid in a playground that you did.

    TWAT !!!

  • Bloody well said, Bish!!!!

Have finally got round to converting mine, AT LAST! Will post a vid soon.

  • Well done, will be great to see it.

  • i bet he wouldn't even know were to start with something like this. great job anyway and were did you get the dodgem from

  • I bought the dodgem via the wonder of Ebay. Its an original 60s Italian dodgem, but now with a few mods.

  • @madengineering what a muppet tom is.

I woul dpay you to make me one of these!!!! but I dont live in your country :(

  • @lightman514 Thats a shame as I would be more than happy to build another one.

    Glad you like it.

  • @madengineering There are going to be manymany people seeing this and saying how much they wanted one of these as a kid. In fact, i would rather drive this than my normal car most days!....(mainly on the pavement into the ankles of people i dont like)

  • tht engine is a go-kart's one. hear the sound? and one more reason. they have remote control controling it. and they do not move on normal gound.their powered antaners too, so its fake!! the engine is different.trust me, go try tht if u dun :))

  • omg, i didnt know they could run at normal ground, i tgought they got powered via the antennas stouching the roof... IM GONNA GET ONE!! :D

  • they do, it was converted 2 gas 4 the fun of it listen 2 the sound

  • ????????????????????????????????

  • nice 1st car!

  • thahts a go kart

  • wtf

  • lol

  • haha that was funny that guy just was like wtf and it is kinda strange to see a random bumper car not in the little pavilion

  • lol thats funny

  • lol if you rode that down the street ppl would be like wtf?

  • I will soon find out what the public think as my Dodgem will have an engine fitted very shortly.

  • Absolutley Awesome.

I notice with this one, it hasn't got a pull string at the back like the big car. How does it start? And what kind of petrol engine is inside? Doesn't sound as noisy as the other car.

  • Hi, thanks for the comment's. Both video's are of the same dodgem. The first one was of the first time i drove with the petrol engine installed, once i was sure it was all working ok it was stripped, painted and had all the trim put back on. The reason it did'nt need a pull start was because it was already running. The engine is a 140cc honda from a generator. If you are thinking of converting your own let me know and i will answer any question's you may have. Thanks.

  • you mad un
