@darishadatt your body wants to breath deeply, it is your natural state. it's what happens when you are not holding yourself in resistance. you relaxed, opened your mind, and let go of resistance, and then you started to breath deeply. cool,isn't it?
Will this heal anxiety and depression? I've been taking medicine for this...almost two years, and I still have it. Doctors have been switching my dosage and medication...it's frustrating.

@BarryAirdrieFromDaUK , headphones are not required. Also, energy knows where to go and what to do and knows your body better than modern science and medicine. Energy is to be trusted.You don't need to touch the screen when using this video however, it is recomended.

Someone here was mentioning smelling a sweet smell watching the video. I just want to say, that positive qi sometimes brings with it, a nice fragrance, like sandal-wood and other things.

Read the intructions before the video starts. it asks you to let go of your hang up, to relax and etc. If you are feeling anger or pissed off then , you are not following the directions and this video or nothing else in the world will ever work for you. Del - this was the first video of yours that I watched. I have it now on my Favorites list. The first time I watched I just sat and enjoyed, and it affected me. The second time I followed instructions and put my hand on the screen, but the effect seemed to be less. This morning I sat with my hand up, palm facing the screen, and I could feel the energy flowing. No matter what the reality is behind this, thank you again for making this video.

@fidelvis well i'd like to start off by thanking you this video has really helped me feel alot more energetic and i have only fully watched it once and immediately when the video finished within seconds i felt this warmth and blood flowing to different parts of my body and suddenly became energized it was honestly shocking in a good way. i use to have hyperthyriodism but had my thyroid completely removed using radio active iodine pill.

you may remember me from posting my comments a few months ago, i have come back to this video cos i have found no other successful alternatives elsewhere, and i do believe that this video is the real deal.
I am becoming frustrated because after using the video a few times and feeling that i am healing, after a day or two it all goes away and i have to start all over again. why is this happening?
@crazylegs439 Hi, is the fact that deep down you cannot believe that it really works so you sabotage the healing by a lack of deep belief? If that is so then who taught you this belief? Now think of one reason to prove that it is garbage. i.e. It worked immediately.
once you understand why you do not believe it works and remove that belief then it will work and stay worked.

I did not place my hand on the screen, because that would only make me clam due to radiation. But I did close my eyes and listen to the bells, they are often used to heal people and my third eye started pulling. I am not healed yet but it was a good meditation.

What I am curious about is the significance of the video going back and forth from negative to light (regular). I don't know if you are practicing Reiki, but I have watched Reiki distance healings where they use this technique and have wondered what this does.

I have actualy seen people fly into a rage of fury at the possibility or at the thought of something making them well. Also, S.S. @82Poland , this video will speed up muliple times in trifolds the healing process that your body is going to go though to get well. If you have one foot on the grave and the other one on a banana peel then, your body has no intent of heal itself. Perhaps, a part of you doesn't want to get well because i will mean, no more special attentions, no more S.S.I., no more easy life and ect,.
This absolutely did work. When the hand appeared I covered it with my own, said aloud "heal me," and held my hand steady on the image. About 30 seconds later the pain and swelling went away. A few seconds later it started coming back, then it stopped and went away again. Since then it has not returned. I've saved the link just in case. Thank you fidelvis.

its not the video that heals you, its the sound, and the belife that you are being healed... the sound is a high pitched bell sound, sort of like church-bells. in the middle ages if there was an epidemia of some sort in a city they would continuasly ring the church bells untill the disease was gone (and it helped)... and jogies and indian monks use a similar "hum" sound to meditate...
@AOSOT , I am the maker of this video and there is not one word of truth in your comment. The sound is not healing anybody, the video will work well even if you turn off the sound on it. Also, it is NOT the belief that you are being healed either that heals. This video will heal even those that are skepticle. You don't have to believe in the video in order for it to work for you. Haha. Well, this was a really interesting experience. How does it even work? I'd be interested in knowing more about this. Also, when I get my allergic reaction now, it's not as worse as it was before. It itches a little bit, but it doesn't give me red spots and I don't sweat either. @DJWHITESOUND , you are using the video wrong and you are in error when using it, that's why its not working for you. Read the intructions before the video starts. it asks you to let go of your hang up, to relax and etc. If you are feeling anger or pissed off then , you are not following the directions and this video or nothing else in the world will ever work for you. Perhaps you are seeking things to get upset about more than you are for healing. If what i am telling you is true, then it works

Del - this was the first video of yours that I watched. I have it now on my Favorites list. The first time I watched I just sat and enjoyed, and it affected me. The second time I followed instructions and put my hand on the screen, but the effect seemed to be less. This morning I sat with my hand up, palm facing the screen, and I could feel the energy flowing. No matter what the reality is behind this, thank you again for making this video.

sadly i didnt really feel any different either, my arm and wrist was aching after keeping it on the screen mind!. i did another 10minute stare at the screen with patterns for the brain and aura and i do feel alittle different from that and fallen alittle tired now as a result - im on the road to spirituality slowly but surely. l n l

All organs have specific cells to their function and therefore even in scientific studies it is found all organs have a specific electric potential or rate and a specific frequency to each cell/clustered to the specific organ. The beginning of the world in many ancient writings speak to the importance of sound in creation& destruction. @fidelvis well i'd like to start off by thanking you this video has really helped me feel alot more energetic and i have only fully watched it once and immediately when the video finished within seconds i felt this warmth and blood flowing to different parts of my body and suddenly became energized it was honestly shocking in a good way. i use to have hyperthyriodism but had my thyroid completely removed using radio active iodine pill.

you may remember me from posting my comments a few months ago, i have come back to this video cos i have found no other successful alternatives elsewhere, and i do believe that this video is the real deal.
I am becoming frustrated because after using the video a few times and feeling that i am healing, after a day or two it all goes away and i have to start all over again. why is this happening?

@crazylegs439 Hi, is the fact that deep down you cannot believe that it really works so you sabotage the healing by a lack of deep belief? If that is so then who taught you this belief? Now think of one reason to prove that it is garbage. i.e. It worked immediately.
once you understand why you do not believe it works and remove that belief then it will work and stay worked.

I did not place my hand on the screen, because that would only make me clam due to radiation. But I did close my eyes and listen to the bells, they are often used to heal people and my third eye started pulling. I am not healed yet but it was a good meditation.

@fidelvis i have been feeling so good that i contemplated quitting the tablet that i take each day.so my question to you, is this video enough to cure my now underactive thyoid because my thyroid gland has been destroyed and i require taking one tablet everyday i have no thyroid gland so the tablet has replaced my thyroid gland can this video help in this case.If it cant help my case be honest and tell me theres alot more people worse off than me, taking a pill once a day? What I am curious about is the significance of the video going back and forth from negative to light (regular). I don't know if you are practicing Reiki, but I have watched Reiki distance healings where they use this technique and have wondered what this does.

I have actualy seen people fly into a rage of fury at the possibility or at the thought of something making them well. Also, S.S. If you have one foot on the grave and the other one on a banana peel then, your body has no intent of heal itself. Perhaps, a part of you doesn't want to get well because i will mean, no more special attentions, no more S.S.I., no more easy life and ect,.

This absolutely did work. When the hand appeared I covered it with my own, said aloud "heal me," and held my hand steady on the image. About 30 seconds later the pain and swelling went away. A few seconds later it started coming back, then it stopped and went away again. Since then it has not returned. I've saved the link just in case. Thank you fidelvis.

its not the video that heals you, its the sound, and the belife that you are being healed... the sound is a high pitched bell sound, sort of like church-bells. in the middle ages if there was an epidemia of some sort in a city they would continuasly ring the church bells untill the disease was gone (and it helped)... and jogies and indian monks use a similar "hum" sound to meditate...

@AOSOT , I am the maker of this video and there is not one word of truth in your comment. The sound is not healing anybody, the video will work well even if you turn off the sound on it. Also, it is NOT the belief that you are being healed either that heals. This video will heal even those that are skepticle. You don't have to believe in the video in order for it to work for you. It will heal you anyway. As far as the history lesson on the church and monks, Thank you for that info, i guess.

Thank you for the reply. Do you think this has made my allergy less worse than it was before? I recently had this allergy about 2 or 3 years ago, and the doctors have never figured out what it was. I am still waiting to get a call from an allergist so I can have a rendezvous with him.

Haha. Well, this was a really interesting experience. How does it even work? I'd be interested in knowing more about this. Also, when I get my allergic reaction now, it's not as worse as it was before. It itches a little bit, but it doesn't give me red spots and I don't sweat either. I just cannot wait until I know what causes this exactly, as it comes randomly, and I have never figured it out in these three years.
