Define Okinawan Goju Ryu! The Jundokan was a member dojo of the Goju Kai and Eiichi Miyazato was a technical advisor to the Japan Karate Federation Goju Kai. He was an 8th Dan in the JKF Goju Kai and 10th Dan in his own "Jundokan" dojo. Morio Higaonna wasa 7th Dan in the Japan Karate Federation Goju Kai, before leaving and setting up his "own" kai, the IOGKF. Please educate yourself better, before making comments.
@Colemandina I come from the meibukan gojyu ryu style which is what the call it now my sensei trained with master miyagi. Didn't higonna train right beside miyagi sensei in goju ryu, not goju kai, goju kai was miyagi sensei's enemies haven't you seen the karate kid it was loosly based off of that. goju ryu was started by miyagi and higonna went into and trained with miyagi and it said they were friends when I was reading the timeline but alas wiki has no mention of him.
