so beautiful!! lovely cocktails! we just did a tasting video with Sipsmith Vodka and Gin (do check it out!) but this is giving us a lot of inspiration for new cocktail ideas!
Absolutely a phenomenal experience. We waited about 40 minutes (thankfully not raining) last Friday night for 2 people specifically for the "gallery". Had the tasting menu: 3 drinks paired with bites for only $50 pp. Fantastic deal for such elaborate food/drinks of this caliber! They even gave us an extra drink at the end (so, 4 drinks total each person) plus an amuse bouche at the beginning. PLUS, my wife is allergic to alcohol, and they were able to make each drink in a non-alcoholic version!!
@cvkline - Oh wow.. so it IS a beer in a bag! That's hilarious! I'm dying to visit the restaurant/bar... one day, hopefully :) Thank you for the info!!
@1234mantas1234 Surprisingly cheap, actually... only a bit more than usual in downtown Chicago cocktail bars. There are however notable exceptions, such as the one made with black truffle infused gin.
just got back from here, honestly if you like really cool looking concept drinks go here for sure. if you want the best mixed drinks in chicago whistler and violet hour are so much better.

@stickybandaids That's actually the "Dark and Stormy" which is dark rum and ginger beer. It's served in a little bottle inside a brown paper bag.
