Took me a while to realize that "The girl in the fireplace" was a Stephen Moffat episode... He couldn't have planned 'the question that must never be answered' as far back as series 2 could he?

Or maybe he just plant subtle things he could expand later on. Nevertheless, what a brilliant writer! (Although the teselecta is just pushing it a bit too far for me)

I wondered why I had this video on my Youtube favorites. It was from my single most favorite episode of Doctor Who, but it was a fan video. As it turns out, upon listening to it, I realized the music it was set to was Lorena McKennitt. It all made a vicious sense, then, as it drew parallels to a tragedy in my own life, in times past. The Doctor, too, goes on living, while others fall behind. Rest in peace, Jane Roberti McGuire.

That was beautiful! It was my favourite episode in that series. I expecially love it when the doctor comes out of the mirror on the horse. And one of my favourite quotes comes from that episode.

Once again, this was an amazing video and of course, I love these two.

Hahah ... you know... I haven't heard anything specifically stating that Romana was killed (of course I haven't seen much of series 3 yet) ... one could hope that a former Lord President and student of the infamous rogue the Doctor would be at least as resourceful as the Master. :)

New Who fans -- so far you've never had to watch the Doctor actually _lose_ a companion. Wait till the next Adric comes along, we'll all be boo-hoo-hooing.
