Nicely played Robbie... My Dad used to play the 5 row Ranco... I couild get a couple of tunes out of it, but could never master it...! Keep up the good work!
Hi Ya Robbie, hello from Dublin, you plan the accordian very well and great choice of music, i used to play ( to many yrs ago) in an AOH accordian band called the Pride of Erin, we were great, anyhow, why dont u try the Star of the County Down, or the Dawning of the day, always gets the oul wans going, ur doing a great job ,,,,,,,,,,,,, opps do i hear the forbidden song, An Irish love is a blessing, always gets me greeting (crying) ah what bout Noreen Bawn, now u will really get me bawling !!
OH I know it was a medly Robbie and you did it so fine. I love to hear you play always. I hope you didn't take offence to my previous comment. I think I was just recalling the words of Black Velvet Band. The other songs were new for me but all the same very beautifully played by you my dear friend.
The intro to your song I have heard another title, It was "Black Velvet Band." The words were, Her eyes they sparkled like diamonds you'd have swore she was queen of the land. Her hair was tied up with a black Velvet band. Something like that. Any way I think you had fun playing that for you added some creative notes to the song. A fine artist always makes it rosier by doing that.
I am sure your parents are very proud of you and your abilities. Good man!
this is beautifull selection

Very nice set Robbie. 5***** Really enjoyable for a singalong or for waltzing - if only I could dance! LOL
Many thanks,
Terry.
