i love this site =)) i was searching "viglance" on the internet and i have been redirected there. if u click "remove all" you will got something like "Trojan.Fake.Win32"
@NoNeedToPot: You did the right thing. It may appear that you have downloaded something, but if you know that you didn't authorize any download, you didn't download whatever virus they wanted to put on your computer. Long story short: You're okay.
@Deltique I got the same thing with my Windows XP. Thankfully Firefox prompted me with the download and I just pressed Cancel. Didn't know browsing Google Images could be so harmful.
@MrJdy1: Fortunately for the public, the Web site has been removed off of the Internet. I'm sure that there are similar Web sites out there that offer downloads to viruses, but I don't know how to find them. You could try to think like a virus marketer and perhaps search for what they expect people to search.

I was browsing the internet, and randomly came onto a website like this. I exited out of it right away. Am I ok?

@MrJdy1 There are tons of those sites. Go search up 'free computer virus scan' on google.
