AWW! SO SWEET! <3 But, the thing is, I kinda see theses two as more close family/best friends type thing. I mean, England fed, clothed and sheltered America when he was a kid. So, the Revolutionary War was a HUGE blow to the crotch (aka betrayal). And, I don't think Arthur's quite over it. Not just yet though. He needs to completely get over it, which he might not, but they'll always be bonded together because of the fact they still NEED each other, whether family or friends or just as people.

This is the anime "Hetalia: Axis Powers"... Look it up on youtube, Funimation's put up about 50 episodes so far. It's based off a VERY lighthearted webcomic that personifies the nations of the world and parodies history with them. These are that webcomic's personifications of England and America. It's a very funny, cute, and lovable series which I highly recommend. And the episodes are only 5 minutes long each so it shouldn't waste too much of your life. Give it a try. 8D

Well all the art in this vid is fan art. Not official art, just stuff made by fans. So none of this happens in the actual manga/anime. But... I don't really understand what you're trying to say. One of the characters is implied to have a bit of a crush on the other... so it should be ok to do this? Since the characters represent countries, they don't have set sexualities. There is a couple in the manga who are 'official' and they are both guys.

The anime itself isn't a proper boys love/yaoi(gay) anime, but there is a lot of male/male text (usually for laughs) with the characters. Especially these two, which is why they are paired up like this. Don't worry! Its a honest question~ You won't be offending anybody!
