Just to point out...it's great she stood up to this bigoted asshole, but the 'right to refuse service' myth is just that... you cannot refuse service to someone for a huge number of reasonably legally protected reasons,and I would imagine religion - the facet upon which this bigot's idiotic views are based - is a protected one where Martha is from. She could get sued, and she would lose. Of course it would be hugely bad press for him to sue her. She's a hero, but she was taking a legal risk.
