Absolutely love you! My wife was diagnosed 6 months ago with PCOS. She is searching for buddies and found several on YT. She is so selfconcious about making a video. The worst symptom she has is the facial hair. Is this a problem for you? Could you pass on some tips as to how you deal with it? Thanks so much! Keep up the good work!!!
@explorer197020 Thank you so much! I will be making a new video in a few days. (working this weekend, so it will most likely be Tuesday) I will for sure talk more about the facial hair. I understand being super scared to post a video. I think every time I go to make one. "Oh no, you shouldn't" but If i'm helping just one person, then that's okay! This isn't something anyone should ever feel like they are alone dealing with, because that isn't true! Make sure to tell your wife "HELLO!" for me!

Hey, i also have pcos and i am also trying to lose weight via calorie control ...I did lose alot of weight 2 years ago and my symptoms of pcos pretty much went away and i got a regular men-cycle again so i know what i have to do..I tryed the normal Metformin but i am currently on Metformin MR and thats helping (essp cause i have no side effects with it) , I am not TTC'ING yet but when i do i wanna be a normal weight...Good luck hun and i'm here if u ever wanna talk :)
