You skip "on the music video there are 10 stomp-steps instead of 8" and... at the last stomp there acctually 6 steps not 5 as it says. (The zombies make the first stomp when they slaps their legs.)

@ma01kcm hee hee... the thing is though, the nuances are the most important aspect of the dance... like the head movement. there's no head movement, and hardly any hip/pelvic movement. that's what makes the dance so great. it's imperative to jazz up the dance. she does the head stuff in this clip: THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE FULL DANCE!!! also, the 'roar' thing- 'roar', it's called, right? it's different in the film. but she does it the TTW way here.

Once you learn the steps from the thrill the world version, it's really really easy to do the original version. you just put the moves in the order of the video.
I learned the Thrill the world version first, and from watching the Original music video, i can now do the original dance, too.

I know the feeling, I was at a bar on Saturday, and the DJ played Thriller, and after I'd been practicing so long, I couldn't resist dancing.
I felt a little self conscious doing the dance by myself, but it was definitely an ego boost when the whole bar applauded and cheered. Even the bartenders were watching lmao!
i think she did really great...just the only thing that irked me was the move that starts at 2:42 is supposed to be sideways...not front...but like i said she did great...you go girl!!

ive learnt it all - ure an absolutely amazing dance teacher! altho now ive heard this blooming song so many times i dont think id wanna dance to it in a club! ha! seriously tho - using the words helps immensely - its tricky going onto practice without using this video but if u use the words then it works. all i can hear in my head while i try to sleep now is "booty bounce together booty bounce step" :-)

step2: look to the right, swing your arms zombie-like in same direction.
step3: same as step2 but to the left.
step4: kick back with right foot.
Counts:

I know the feeling, I was at a bar on Saturday, and the DJ played Thriller, and after I'd been practicing so long, I couldn't resist dancing.
I felt a little self conscious doing the dance by myself, but it was definitely an ego boost when the whole bar applauded and cheered. Even the bartenders were watching lmao!

Well the problem is not that it's not like the music video as a sequence, but that several of the moves themselves are done incorrecty.
2:26 ,2:31, 2:39,2:41 ,2:42, 3:08, 3:15, 3:17 ,3:39, 3:42, 4:42.
BTW 4:42 What was that with the head I wonder? This is a shoulder/upper back move,.. Left shoulder Back AND Forth.. the head does not get involved.

I have saved them all, I will practice and if I can learn it, I will film it and send it to you. I could NEVER dance. I have rythm, but I can't seem to find it when I need it. LOL My problem will be finding the time and the space to practice and learn.
If this can teach me to do the Thriller dance, you will be my hero!!

Such a simple dance, but the repeating towards the end is quite hard because you've gotta remember the order!!
I was going to learn it just for new years eve thinking it would take forever...but now I could do it at halloween!!

ive learnt it all - ure an absolutely amazing dance teacher! altho now ive heard this blooming song so many times i dont think id wanna dance to it in a club! ha! seriously tho - using the words helps immensely - its tricky going onto practice without using this video but if u use the words then it works. all i can hear in my head while i try to sleep now is "booty bounce together booty bounce step" :-)
