I am not a McCain supporter, but I find it sad that showing humility and accepting that his opponent is a good person is unacceptable by his supporters. I give McCain props for correcting those idiots. That was a glimpse of how voters should approach politics. Understanding that its just fundamental differences in policies, rather than attacking nationality, birth records, religion, etc.

I have to admit that, as someone who is not very fond of republicans in general (to put it lightly), McCain really surprised me by sticking up for Obama at this rally. Much respect. He showed that he could be against someone and still maintain his honor.

I remember how negative the Presidential election had become when this finally happened I was so relieved that McCain finally stood up against the madness that was in the minds of his followers.
