I don't wish to be unkind, but it seems that here the practitioner displays a good bit of tension in her shoulders and hands. I also see a good bit of misalignment in the torso as it comes over the extended leg. I was first exposed to Sivananda as a youngster, but have come to believe that it does not put enough emphasis on safety (to wit, the approach to sarvangasana.) But I learned much about the joy of practice from it. Namaste.
