Hi pcoffin1031: the video you watched is now in my vlogs...the episode Mr. David is describing, in his own words, was a Curb "special," (which my episode was not), and the episode he talks about had in it the now-famous lines about "HBO paying for porn," (which my episode definitely did not. :) CURB, in it's 11th season, has had several hotels in its episodes. I'm sure the hotel worker he mentioned rocked...and, she was not me, LOL! AND--I'm glad I was convincing! Cool!
P.S. And, because I think it's so awesome that this hotel employee made her acting debut on CURB, I tracked her down for you, LOL! The "special" Mr. David speaks of (there was only one, in all 11 years) was the pilot episode, which aired in 1999. The female hotel clerk's IMDb credit is under her name, LOSMIR ROMA. You can look her up on IMDb.com. I love that Mr. David was rightly singing the praises of this woman...this was her only credit (hope she had a blast! :)
I can't post the link for some reason but if you search for Curb unscrpted acting, he discussed this very scene in how they used a lady who actually was a worker behind the desk, that lady being YOU... Nice try to make it big in the acting world.. 422 views,, wow!
Hi godmode9, and THANK YOU for watching the video! Not sure where you read/heard that...but I have never been a hotel employee in my entire life, LOL! :) I am an actor/writer, and had been working as an actor for years before landing this job on CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM in L.A. We shot on location at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, which is indeed a real working functioning hotel (famous, with a lots of interesting Hollywood history :)..and I love that my improv came across as "real!" AWESOME!!!

You actually worked there according to Larry David. Now you're an actress?
