I did a bit of research after watching this video and I am pleased to say that these chimps have now been put down. Apparently, while investigating the attack depicted in this video, authorities discovered that the chimps had been having sexual intercourse with the human visitors. I'm sure you will agree that his is unacceptable and it puts the video narrator's 'serious behavioural issues' comment in to context.
