  • The 3 numbskulls that downrated you obviously don't have a clue how hard it is to fly a collective pitch helicopter, especially INDOORS and not crashing. You are a beast, my man.

  • I suggest get a T-rex 250 clone (E-razor 250) for outdoors and a Nine Eagles SoloPro for indoors. That's what I would do if was to learn all over starting today. I would stay away from electric tail motors absolutely.

  • I jst got an axe cp v3 and my tail motor is fried! WTF i was only hovering my 3rd time. any mods you think i should make?

  • Nope. I haven't done any mods. Go with a better tail motor (GSW i think is the company)

  • nice flying dude. I fly my axe cp in the house, but its hairy!

  • i have the same heli only got it 2 days ago its great iam only learning how to hover with it.

It has been a lot easier than any nitro

  • hey bro, have u having trouble whit the batt? did u changed it?

  • nice a littel sketchy but you will get there but by now you should be good

  • I got one and the thing wants to drift to the right...not tilt or pitch, stays verticle but drifts right when I apply power to get it off the ground...any suggestions? And that's pretty good for 3 months practice; I had mine for 6 and I can only hover for a minutes at a time...still trying though...

  • do the blades have enough pitch? Like are they moving?

  • hey when i got myne it wont lift off the ground no matter how hard i push it someone help me

  • Make sure the blades aren't upside down

  • its the servos

  • hey when i got myne it wont lift off the ground no matter how hard i push it someone help me

  • @nosoul1011 I know u posted this along time ago.but what was the problem? why couldn't u get lift...that happened to me when I got my first Blade mCpx...turned out I bound the reciever to computer mode on accident...was wondering if you did something similar.

  • lol, the day i got mine it had broken parts so i am upgrading it b4 it has even taken flight

  • skills pahaha

  • Check my page! Its Trex 450 se v2 street 3d! And FYI I have since trashed my axe and have been flying my trex 450.

  • About 3 months to hover steadly like that.

  • nice flying. how long did it take u to learn how to do that?

  • sweet flying!

  • Nice job kid. Don't pay any attention to all the "experts" offering you advice how to fly - you did great.

I haven't gone inverted with my Axe yet either but I'm practicing it on my PC with Real Flight G4 Sim.

  • nice flying im 13 im more a plane guy but i have a axe cp just got it 20min ago training had blade cp pro crash burn

  • Can u fly Inverted like i can

  • dude, hes just a kid

  • so?

  • so he cant do it like a grown person can, also axe cps arent good for extreme aerobatics, if its brushed, then dont even think about it.

  • calm down i know this

  • huh? i'm not jumpy or anything, just saying, without a BL motor that heli cant do real good 3d

  • That is true. But if you looked at my videos, you would see my progression.

  • i cant find a vid of you going inverted, dude if the heli is brushed you gona have a hell of a time, if you do go inverted, get up as high as possible and then do it, so you dont crash, if you try to do it like a BL heli then the motor is just gona stall out.

  • its alright

  • The easiest thing to do is to go down to your local hobby shop and demand that they fix it so you can fly!!!

  • Hmm im getting a lot of people messaging me saying that there are problems with it, mine was fine. Maybe helimax is loosing its quality on its products, and most improtantly credability. to buy there products.

  • Damn...Nice job for a close quarters hovering. I just bought an Axe about a week ago and I've been having problems getting it setup properly. The original box had lots of defective parts (swash plate, boom, tail gear, main shaft, main gear all bent or otherwise bad) I find it more touchy than my old .30 heli I had 12 years ago (last time I flew lol)

  • You were being a little too touch with the controls. Don't try to correct every little movement the heli makes. That's how you lose it. Fly in a larger space and at higher off the ground. Too low and it tumbles in its own rotor wash like it did in your vid. Good attempt at hovering though.

  • sure but a first recomendation. dont buy it used a lot of things can go wrong with it. the new never opened one is the best.

  • nice hovering man, im getting my axe soon well when i get all my money, but i might buy it used off of ebay. but can u help if i have any problems?

  • ok i have gone in verted with it once, it was 5 days ago too bad i diddnt catch it on video that would have been awsome! i will try it again. soon

  • Well lets see the inverted flight if you could do it I think you will be the first on you tube good luck Make sure you post it.

  • hmmmmmm, will it get off the ground or is it just impossible to get stable, anyway turn on your transmitter and unplug the motor from the esc, then get a screw driver and unscrew the servo arms(the plastic thingies) and center all of your trim tabs, then put the servo arm back on, make sure the servo arms are at a 90 degree angle, experement with the trim tabs till you can do this. hope this helped and keep me posted if it works.

    Cheers!

  • Man i have the same kind of helicopter you have and i can not get that thing to hoover. What should i do. Can you help me out

  • Yup great job!

I have lots of heli and rc vids so check em out!

  • good job kiddo

  • Great job! My house is a little too small for me to try hovering my AXE CP inside so I just stick to outdoors for now. I Had a KYOSHO Nexus several years ago (First Copter) and I tought myself how to hover it in my tiny fenced in back yard so the AXE wasn't new to me as far as copters go (no expert by any means!) Point is, learning to hover in small spaces from the start just makes you that much better in the long run. nice job dude and keep it up!

  • hay really nice, how about hover front nose i want to see that

  • your user name is a little like mine. I like it! Anyway I'm going to buy an axe soon! good flying!

  • hey nice tricks it's like 10 more harder doing that indoors try doin that outside and like 10 feet gonna be pretty simple nice good job

  • Thanks for all the coments...that was a little mishap at the end. Lol. and i will put a video of my new trex 450s on soon! thanks

  • that looked suspiciously like a crash at the end there...Well, I can´t fly cause I don´t even have one, so my question is...can that thing do what the institutional video shows? Things like hover upside down and fly outside? Have you tested? please give me an insight cause I am looking to buy one. Thanks

  • Nice dude. But some advice, it's easier to do right spins w/ the Axe (clockwise) bein it has a seperate motor for the rotor. Left spins require the motor to stop and start again quickly. Although it may spin faster, you have to worry about regaining control once it's in the desired direction. Still, nice skillz!

  • nice flying keep it up

  • Nice flying, post more videos with your improvement

  • Awesome Flight! Keep flying and try to do a Flip.I should buy one and i'm thinking. How long does it flight? I heard that like 4 to 6 minutes.

  • Great hovering man! Doing any forward flight with it yet? The Axe looks GREAT in forward flight. It's very smooth and graceful. Glad to see more Axe's finding their way onto YT. I'll try and get some more vids up soon, and add them and more content to the site I'm putting together.

  • Good job! Nice hovering.
