being a beautician isn't something to brag about lol. they are taught the minimal they need to learn. blondes can't take in too much info. most people could easily fail education and go into beauty LOL, but medic is a difficult process. only the finest are selected :)
@MissUnique2000 wow insults too, I am proud of my profession, I chose to change a 10 year career to pursue my newly discovered passion for beauty, being a beautician isn't a STUPID job, being a medic isn't either - I WILL NOT resort to insulting you for sharing your opinion, I'll instead continue happily helping people with acne, with excess facial hair because of polycystic ovaries, the list goes on - this is way I love my job.
well you guys may learn the basics but inevitably you will pull the skin when pulling the wax strip off. and this will eventually lead to the elastin walls of weakening and skin sagging. think about it in basic term. if something so small such as smoking leads to wrinkle imagine pulling your skin ??
@MissUnique2000 waxing is done in beauty salons worldwide, thanks for your input but nobody wants us to pluck one hair at a time - it's just how it is
skin sagging is caused not by waxing but through improper diet, which leads to the body not produce enough collagen or keratin, or through damage to the muscles under the skin or age or illness
@MissUnique2000 being a 3rd year medic doesn't make you right lol. Beauty therapists learn all about anatomy and physiology aswel, When being waxed the skin is held taught and then the wax is pulled of only pulling the hair, not the skin. It's nonsense that waxing leads to skin sagging. It's doesn't. Skin sagging is typically caused by the muscles behind the skin becoming weak or collagen being lost due to age or diet. unless of course you suffer from EDS.
I've always wanted to wax my brows :) Love your video!! :)

Why is this now different sugaring?
Normally you put it on AGAINST the grow-direction of the hair and then remove it WITH the grow-direction.
ChristianCohn 2 weeks ago
@ChristianCohn No, you always apply sugar/low temp wax in the direction of hair growth and rip it off against the growth.

you want to do that. fair enough. I'm just saying stick to the beauty part of it. not the biological aspect

crazy ass video...threading is the best way to shape the eyebrows!!! waxing will only make the skin sag prematurely!

zaydeeable 10 months ago 2
@zaydeeable it is a waxing strip you can buy at beauty supplies - otherwise you can cut up an old sheet or denim or pillow case : )
