What I take out of this commercial: "Enjoy constantly staring at your wrist until it becomes so compulsive you do it at work, at home, in the shower, in the car, during sex, and even while watching tv."
But the general principal is relayed. So at least it does that much.
I trained with the CIC unit before it became POLAR - great video as long as you base your zones (%max) on REAL max or AT vs predicted which has a margin of error of +/- 15 beats or more. Good stuff, keep it coming.
