Does this not offer credence to the NAU and the security/prosperity contracts? The first arraignments were set for 2010. In the agreement to have joint border security with Mexico, it probably covers all borders that make up Mexico and not just the northern border.

I heard today that Mexico and 11 other Latin American countries have filed an Amicus Brief with the 9th Circut Court of Appeals. They can't actually sue us, but they petition the court to hear briefs on why they should deny Arizona's appeal against the Federal judge in Phoenix who blocked SB1070 The appeal will be heard on November 1, 2010.
