Considering you have uploaded 20 videos this week tells me we should put you on a upload limit of one video a week for 6 months.

You beat me to it, I was going to post my absolute secrets to partner success. I will let you spill the beans, well done.

On a serious note possibly one thing I have never done is ask for tubers to subscribe, my channel is views rich but subscriber poor. Now ask yourself does having subs make dollars in adsense or does views?

Mate we have two entirely different channels, your a popular vlogger, I am a popular non vlogger. Generally my content does not flatline, generally vloggers videos do.

I have found the absolute key to easy tubing is to connect with powerful partners, much easier said than done. These sorts of connections can literally work you channel by pure network relationships as we all swim on a database of sorts.

Also mate I would say 98 percent of my subs don't ever watch a video, most are those pesky subscriber 4 subscriber sorts. I remember a very different youtube before the partner program started, I feel for all it's good it has also brought fraud and greed to this site.

Some would say greed is good, while there are the tubers who have and those who do not the site will never be like it used to be.

I can't stress the importance of being connected to key partner tubers, so many tubers try to do it alone and it will epic fail.

By setting up a relationship with a powerful tuber you can go places real quick, now the real challenge is getting a mega tuber to actually return their mail.

A brief encounter with a mega tuber can bring to your channel years worth of interest in days. Thats clever tubing.

yeah, i have a camera, that has a .mod file type but, i can only put my videos up raw with out compromising video quality, and what i mean is when I use the video converter, and change it to .WMV file type, its really bad quality and the video turns out horrible to make out... i have a really expensive camera too.. i dunno so i guess its either to have good quality or have a bad quality edited video. ur thoughts plz?

great tips pete, but you forgot to mention that, when you are as big as you ( not a fat joke! ), share the good channels you find by shout outs. and they get subscribers from that. also be positive in comments! if you watch someone's vid & not like it, cos of their lack of editing / camera skills. tell them how to improve it. & Not ' that was s**tt.... etc' and have fun! right am away to make a video, so better to get out of my gaming costume ( MW2, fatigues & gas mast) and film stuff?

the editing software i got windows movie maker that only accepts a small amount of video format so i have to either upload the raw clip or use sony vages pro 9 (got tha for free) =)

i've tried converters piss me about not reliabel for me

also how did u get a video 16 mins long my limit is 10 mins do u have to join or do something special

Good advices here! But of course you also need a personality ... a FAB is never getting boring ;o) Interactivity, being creative and animated is always good. Replying to comments is a must be. And one video response is as great as 5 comments.

Great video FAB. I use Windows XP and I love playing around with Movie Maker, sure it's free with windows but it's actually really good for a free programme. Can do quite alot with it, if you know what you are doing.

As far as replying to comments, I rarely stay subbed to anyone who neglects their commenters. Althought, we can't expect someone who gets 100s of comments to answer them all, it's nice to see that they have commented to a fair number.
