With the first flageolet, the tab says you have to strike it 3 times, one fingerpicking, then up (thumb?) and down (ringfinger?) Anyway, how do you pull it off, cus either you're not, or you're doing it too fast! :-)

I've watched antoine's vid again and I noticed that he uses his ring finger to do a downstroke! My version of the flageolet uses the forefinger to do the downstroke... umm it kinda goes like this..

downstroke fore, pick thumb, pick fore, downstroke fore, pick thumb, pick fore, downstroke fore

All I can advise is, try experimenting with stuff. It doesn't necessarily require you to do the moves AS IS. Just make your music sound good! :)

Thanks man. But I kinda figured it out. It seems he does a pull off with fore, while using the ringfinger for getting a flageolet with that pull-off. So he just plays it with his lefthand. :-)

Damn. Played into a 7 dollar mic, in a room with poor acoustics, on a guitar with stiffer action, and it's practically the same song. Antoine does some things in a more complicated way which brings his song alot of depth, but hot damn kid, you know what you're doing.

Standard advice I give to everyone online: Save egg cartons and use them to soundproof a room. Put them on a wall and it will act as an acoustic baffle, reducing echo and allowing for cleaner records.
