How to get infinite ammo:

Press LB, LT, RB, RT and then shoot all of your bullets, when you reload you should have something like 500 bullets.

He/She upgraded the pistol fully, giving him unlimited ammo for that gun. This works with every weapon in the game. For the grenade launcher, i suppose he bought it
