@2112967 Im pretty sure every band uses electric drum recordings. They play the song then the engineer goes back and replaces the acoustic sound with digital sounds. It''s not to make the drummer sound more talented (although it is very possible to do that) but rather to make sure each hit is consistent in regards to tone and volume.
