  • That dog is terrible. I hate it when people think their dogs can speak, when they can't. I could make a video of myself farting and pretend I'm my ass hole is speaking.

  • Why do people do this, it's dumb. They're animals not humans, just let them chew on toys and chase birds around the yard for goodness sake.

  • @Pearliff agree with you totally. it must be hard on their throats to "speak" like that, they aren't supposed to! it's so stupid and cruel

  • Hello sounds like HRrro mmp

  • @crapolaist Yet another pseudo intellectual who feels the urge to comment on everything, even when they have no effing idea what they're talking about. The conditional response is demoralizing? How do you know the dog is unhappy? Can you talk to them?

  • @ChickenWingsRGood Maybe you can inform crapolaist that I'm not the only one to reply to his comments. He doesn't believe me.

  • what a beautiful dog!!!!!!!

  • @crapolaist, how is he torturing the dog. they are a very smart dog and they will do anything for food. that isnt torting them. its called teaching them tricks

  • awww hes so cute :) we had a golden retriever there so clever. we taught ours how to say please and thank you

  • POLO!

  • you bastard! stop torturing ur dog!

  • @crapolaist He's not torturing the dog! you asshole!

  • @crapolaist You can't teach a dog anything if you never use food as an incentive to learn. It's hardly being made to wait very long for a treat.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight no... im not referring to the reinforcement given... im referring to how this moronic owner is getting the dog to speak... that is beyond what dogs should be doing and can not only be detrimental to their health, but demoralises them.

owners like this are exploiting their pets to get famous... at their pet's expense... its disgusting

  • @crapolaist In the words of John Mcenroe 'you can't be serious' (-:

  • @crapolaist Why should I believe you?

  • @crapolaist How do you know that making unusual sounds, which some people think sound like speech, is demoralising for any dog letalone all dogs? On other matters do you speak for all humans about what is and is not demoralising? If the dog is smart enough to understand what's being asked of it, opposed to it being just a conditioned response in exchange for food, it would know it's owners (or carers if you like) feel affection and pride towards it, not mockery. Why do you think otherwise?

  • @crapolaist Obviously I'm enjoying this conversation since I'm saying so much when you may have already said everything you have to say (-: If I revert back to smart arse comments I hope you realise I'm just joking around and not really interested in mocking you.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight lol you have no room to mock or contradict me... and i havn't presented all the arguments i have... and nice cover up for you having nothing to back up what you said -only i can see right through it.

  • @crapolaist What are you a dog psychic or a dog psychiatrist? (-: I've been around dog's all my life and I've never seen one show signs of distress due to being encouraged to make unsual sounds in exchange for food. Judging by the other comments I've read nobody else has bothered to ask you where you're coming from. They've all either simply gotten angry or dismissed you as a joke. I joke around but I'm also prepared to listen. Perhaps you can turn my skepticism into agreement

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight You're the only one to comment on what I have said. First of all there is no such thing as a 'dog psychic' & not only would psychics have no clue about the negative effects of reinforcement or maltreatment, but they are phony. There is no such thing as a dog psychiatrist & why would a one care about this when they are to prescribe medication?

How about you get your own facts straight.

I'm an activist, animal lover and psych student... i have knowledge in this field.

  • @crapolaist I'm not the only one to reply to your comments I didn't expect you to take me seriously when I asked if you're a dog psychic etc I just wanted to know what makes you an expert I think using animals to test prescription drugs is much more likely to cause harm to animals than encouraging one to make strange sounds, to say the least Psychiatry depends on animal testing according to the psychiatrist I discussed the matter with. I am genuinely interested in where you get your info from

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight lol i dont take you seriously.... don't assume

and you're the only one who replied to my comment

and this video is not on animal testing... its on this idiot who thinks he can demoralise his dog for publicity

  • @crapolaist

Scroll down and look. Here's the quotes

‘He's not torturing the dog! you asshole!’

‘how is he torturing the dog. they are a very smart dog and they will do anything for food. that isnt torting them. its called teaching them tricks’

‘Yet another pseudo intellectual who feels the urge to comment on everything, even when they have no effing idea what they're talking about. The conditional response is demoralizing? How do you know the dog is unhappy? Can you talk to them?’

  • @crapolaist I am curious about why you think the dog feels demoralised. I would not ask you otherwise. I happen to believe that using animals to test psychiatric drugs involves cruelty and that this video does not. I don't know why you're spending time criticising this video when you could be using that time to make animal testing less harmful instead. Obviously this video is not about animal testing but animal testing does have a lot to do with your career path so I think it's relevant.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight lol i think you just need to read all the shit you wrote and then you might see why i think this is hilarious

  • Comment removed

  • @crapolaist The fact is you make what sound like utterly ridiculous claims and conveniently refuse to back them with any evidence. If you find this whole thing hilarious good for you. Whether you're a student of psychiatry, psychology or just a bullshit artist entertaining themselves doesn't matter. What is clear is that you're very arrogant. If I've made any foolish assumptions about you etc it's no major drama. Your're apparently too up yourself to notice your own stupid mistakes.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight how am i arrogant? the only way for you to measure that is with you being here... and i dont see you poking your head through my window... you probably do it since you are stalking me, but i dont see you do it.

my arguments are legitimate and i never asked you... your constant replies to MY comments demonstrates how you are the one being arrogant because i never asked for your opinion, nor do i care what you think... stfu and stop humiliating yourself.

  • @crapolaist If you're not asking for people's view of your opinion why did you put it in a public forum? What arguments are you talking about? All you've done is make accusations of animal cruelty without any evidence to support your claim. If you think I'm stalking you then you're either deluded or deliberately talking nonsense to try to annoy me. You've done as much to keep this going as I have.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight i did because it is my opinion and im not in a position where i have to give evidence... get a life... afterall, you're the one who appologised to me...

and you're the one who came to me in the first place... so dont give me that shit

get the fuck off my back and stop messaging me

  • @crapolaist If you don't want a reply stop replying yourself. That's right you don't have to give any evidence but excuses for not giving any all sound very convenient to me. I apologised to you at one stage because I was trying to make the conversation more amicable but you weren't interested in that. By the way the vets I spoke to today think your views are hilarious. Yes I'm being arrogant too but if you think you haven't been you're deluding yourself. Ignore me and I'll go away.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight bahaha... so you went out of your way to speak to vets about someone who you havn't even met... that's sooooo sad

    get a life lol

  • @crapolaist I was at the vet to get my dog tested for suspected kidney problems so it was no inconvenience, just a good way to break the tension during what was a serious situation. I'm happy with my life (-:

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight no... its sad that you even think of me beyond this... lol

  • @crapolaist Your views make you an interesting character in my opinion. I don't see anything wrong with that. You're determined to prove it's all so sad aren't you.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight lol im not determined to prove anything to you... i dont have to prove anything

i just enjoy seeing to you make an ass out of yourself

  • @crapolaist Well to me it sounded like you were trying to prove a point.

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight havn't we already gone over that your opinion is clearly distorted? i think you've done this about 7 times now...

what's also distorted is your flight/fight response... you should clearly be 'flighting' rather than 'fighting' because you have nothing...

  • @crapolaist You know you can't prove your opinion about the video is anything besides utter nonsense so you resorted to claiming it's just fine to abuse the uploaders without providing any evidence to back your allegations. Now you're playing opinionated mind games that aren't even remotely related to the video. You've gone from entertaining bullshit to boring bullshit. You're still getting the result you said you wanted not long ago though because I have nothing further to say (-:

  • @DwiteTheSpriteKnight lol i can prove my point... i don't have to... and you're the one who came to me and started goin on about stuff beyond the topic.... even messaging me... wtf lol

it was clear from the first time you replied to my comment that you have nothing good to say.

  • reminds me of chewbacca haha

  • he's sooo cute! haha he's trying soooo hard awww

  • awwahh

  • cute

  • น่ารักมากกกกกกกกกกกกกกกก

  • I'm jealous :(

  • soo cute

  • At the end give the god a big hug.

  • omg.... soooooooo cuteeeeeeeee!!!!!

  • its a seal)))

  • :3 hahaha

  • Such a beautiful golden! Can't wait until my little one is this big!

  • Awwwww :D He's greeting the treats, how clever ^-^

  • This dog has more talent than gangsters.....

  • he really does try to say hello! cool!

Maybe dogs will talk in the future!

  • That's really cool, but you may not want to teach her hello.. maybe just speak, because hello may confuse her

  • are males smarter then female or that doesn't matter? And how did you teach him this he's awesome !

  • Im gettin a golden today at 10 weeks old

  • @greenpeach100 you're so lucky... I've been trying to convice my father to have one for six years... My mother's friend has one, he loves her but still don't want one. Teach him/her right.(:

  • thats cool

  • <3

  • Awww<3

  • Only if evolution was real. Blast. 8/

  • @AgoliantMystified

Sadly dogs will never be able to articulate our language because their vocal chords are in the wrong place. This is the same for apes, who can only use sign language.

  • so cool he can talk lol adorable

  • so cute!\

  • This just tells you how smart golden retrievers are!! they are also pretty, cute, affectionate, No wonder why they are so popular!:)

  • @ljubaaav how did you teach him this?

  • @ljubaaav I'm interested, how did you teach him to do this?

  • @ljubaaav Yes you're right, it is very difficult to try to keep a puppys attention when they have such a short attention span. My golden retriever is quite crazy himself! However, it seems as if you're doing a great job. Good luck with the training!

  • What a smart doggie. He sure trys hard to sound like his dad. He is really thinking.

  • this made my day xD

  • my dog was singing the notes with me..this is nothing!

  • I am convinced that dogs are like children. They try to communicate with their human parents by speaking the human language.

  • ahhh so so cute!!

  • ahhh so cute!!

  • so amazing

  • He's a dog, not a fucking seal.

  • I think that treat training is not a good idea. Praise should be good enough for most retrievers. I have a 4 month old and he can sit, stay, lie and give the paw. All without treats. I know most people gradually reduce the treats and then stop giving them altogether but if you are considering getting a retriever, try to train him/her without treats. The dog needs to respect you, not just love you because you give food.

  • Cute. Golden's will do anything for food. Even talk!

  • hello hello........ha ha ha

  • My golden can do pretty much every trick in the book, including not barking (we've neighbours). But now I don't think I'll be able to teach her this, how did you do it? I dont want to reward her for barking but I want to reward her for copying?

  • LOVE IT! your dog is surely unique. SO ADORABLE.<3

  • aww what a lovely dog! : ) so sweet

  • if dogs could talk perfectly they wouldnt be as cute

  • Oh! He can really speak.

  • the dog looks very proud of someone

  • Aw that's so cute :)

  • Awww I love it<3

    :D

  • i was watching and my dog started doing it nice vid 5 stars

  • LOLLL THAT IS SOO CUTE, check out my vid too
