It means I got stuck in someone leaving a teleporter while I was ubercharged and walking over a teleporter exit.

And I was the engineer in this video. Even if I was the medic, I recorded this demo through SourceTV, which is server-side recording, so I would be able to see myself.

You can sometimes get stuck on people if you stand in front of a bomb that's moving while disguised. Happened to me twice today alone.

its the same thing as if you teleported two people to the same location or they spawn on top of each other.

Well, the difference is when people spawn on each other, they're on the same team, and when you teleport by map-porting, it doesn't kill you if you're not ubered.

For some reason on my TF2 game Ubers look like dark RED or BLU armor around them, but on this there shiny, liquid like RED or BLU?! Whats wrong? My computer screen is DELL and my computer is Dual BIOS (tm). Please PM me if you can!

You need to upgrade your video card, that's all. Older video cards can't render the effect of the ubercharge, and end up looking a bit "stone-like."

That's weird, it should be the other way around. Did you go through a teleporter recently, because maybe it recognized you as the person who teleported, and killed him.

This does also happens in map achievment box when u stand on the spawn of the enemy while there is a enemy respawning.
