@peacychic831 I have read them,but it has been a while. Anyway, to answer your question, Nancy Oleson is a fictional character and was not in any of Laura's books. However, this does not mean that she was not based on one of Laura's childhood friends from the book. As it states in the LHOP credits, the series is based on Laura's books... So anything is possible. But Nancy being real isn't one of them..lol

well nellie sure was harriets sugarpie, she was her favorite child, she was never calling nellie anything bad, or giving her punishments, she spoilt her with dresses, and dolls, maybe thats why willie didn't have much clothes because he was a little brat but she always believed when nellie said something.
