It´s fantastic!!! , but this bow technique isn´t new. It was developed in about 1920-30 by Joe Venuti - briliant Jazz violinist.

The hardest part of this technique, IMO, is playing everything in tune since he constantly has to match 4 notes at once during the entire song. Very impressive!

Not really new bow technique:i just read the decription of this technique in an old violin method by P.Baillot dated 1830 !At the page 222 of this old book,Baillot explain this bow technique and the ractions by people listening to . On the next page,there is a composition from him for quadruple string.Soldan wrote too an adagio religioso in the same way
