first of all: DotA was a custom map for Warcraft 3 created by Eul, later by Guinsoo (who's developping LoL) and then IceFrog, who turned DotA to what it is now.

LoL is basically upgrade of Dota so shut your mouth, you are so embarrassing. ;)

@Knauii133 Starcraft user craeted Aeon of Strife (DotA) which then was copied and modified by Eul (without the name) and guinsoo (that worked on blizzard) Modified it as DotA All stars which was tehn changed to DotA at 6.6 patch of it which then was copied by Heroes of Newerth and Riot which then was copied by Valve.

No one actually Copied anyone, it's just that DotA created a type of video game called the "MOBA Genre", and then many company made their own MOBA, but it's like saying every single MMORPG Copied WoW, it's just silly. DotA is, if you know it, just a map in Warcraft 3, so you can't even say it's a game itself, but it started a genre that people love, and now many games exist with this concept.
