1. Police use of excessive force- The police who was chasing Fong Lee had used excessive force, more than necessary at the moment, making it unjustifiable. The suspect did not have any weapon as shown in the video, so that should have been part of their defense. Although his weapon could have been concealed, I don't know anything about it because I don't live near the place nor do I know anything about this case.
