  • By literal definition, a cyborg is an organism with artificial parts. Someone who wears contacts could be considered a cyborg.

  • No one from the future ever popped up. It means one of 3 things. Time travel is impossible, time travel is possible but only into the future, or mankind is destroyed before we figured how to do so.

    Obvious I know...

  • Invisibility could be used in vehicles to see blind spots. We don't have to use it on people or make it available to people.

  • Time travel shouldnt be made, neither should invisibility, we would be absolutely fucked and time travel will fuck up our world as we know it today -_-

  • Is it just me or is ever news reporter on MSNBC a douchbag

  • invisibility = peeping toms

  • "You're very welcome... bitch."

  • If I had a time travel machine, I would start hunting trips prior to the Mesozoic Period. Lets have some Raptor Chops and T-Rex steaks OHHH YEAH! And no need to worry about changing the future, the meteor kills em all anyway.

  • @TheStJames23 wouldn't you get killed too?

  • @TheScorpio290 Only if you stay there, or travel back too close in time to the meteor to be able to return to present day.

  • l0l 2:34 g0baly gur! l0l

  • Time travel has been done. Check out David Wilcock vids.

  • I cant believe Michio Kaku can keep a straight face when he mentioned time travel. He knows that that is bullshit and the phrase time travels are a product of hollywood. Time traveling is not really what it is. To simply put, you ar basically phasing into alternate parallel universe where it appears you have traveled in time. Go watch "10 dimensions explained" and study it. You'll realize why they are no time travelers visiting us and the concept of time traveling are waste of time.

  • FEEL LIKE A NINJA.

  • how about invisibility ring ... you know, the one ring thing, the one gollum, frodo, bilbo and sauron was crazy about.

  • Time should not be tampered with. At least going back in time. That fuck everything up.

  • @koolcid2598 Because the past is required to be exactly one perfect way in order for someone to get inside a time machine and travel back, I think this man has already made his changes before he went back. If you think about it, that would have to be the truth. So, he really can't go back and change the past, the past is already changed. I explained this horribly but I think you get what I mean.

  • If time travel is already invented, then we would have time travel.

  • you cannot go back in time "BEFORE" the machine has been built. only travel back to the point it was turned on.

  • i can teleport photones 300000 km away in just one sec! watch out!

  • if u truly understand time you realize it doesn't exist... cycles exist..aside from that reality is a perception which we only perceive i believe less than 2% of. we would only expand that to hopefully realize other states of reality and possibility.

  • i think invisibility could be achieved by making a surface that on one end receives light(like a camera) and on the other it transmits that light like a computer screen or smth. And each of those transmitors and receivers to have both functions and to be very small.

  • Power for the rich to enslave the masses.

  • @Catarouxx unfortunately yes, even if those are awesome inventions..

  • in other words it has all been done. There just trying to find a way to gently enlighten us.lol

  • What a genius. We need more men like him in this world.

  • discoenex the time traveler.

  • lol...

"if someone knocks on your door and says she's your great great great great great grand daughter, don't slam the door".

    good luck with that

  • more physicists should drop acid.

  • American intimidated? lol

  • HAARP

  • Michio is hilarious. I love that guy.

  • Ok incredibly fascinating, im a ffan of his, BUT! think about all the repercussions:

Invisibility? military uses, wars may arise, and we'de kill each other without even seeing or having the possibility of defending ourselves; the military would create new weapons and ways to hurt others! which is what it has always done... not defend you... kill you.

Then, Cyborgs? if technology is always evolving, sooner or later they willl evolve better than us

teleèprtation? think about the FBI/GA use?

  • @MegaPanzers1 it's just depressing... cool stuff though!

  • @MegaPanzers1 cyborgs and invisibily cloaking has been used my the military for the past ten years/ Its only going public now. Do some research and you'll find documentation valididating my claims. If I can find a link and ur interested, I'll post it or PM some to you.

  • @MegaPanzers1 So true..

  • @MegaPanzers1 Ask yourself what it is about the invisibility cloak that makes you invincible? Defending against invisibility cloaks is not a hard thing to do. You can't walk through an electric fence just because you're invisible. Get my drift? And I'm all for fighting complete government dominance, but man, put a little more water in your cup.

  • @iz2sicc dude, if an army is invisible it can lead missions in small squadrons like in the middle eastern war, without even being seen. if a war starts, the two factions won't be able to see each other, there might even be misfire, invisibility only ehances and enlarges the military power; and that i don't want

  • @MegaPanzers1 Again, you don't even consider the plethora of other technology the military has. Invisibility is not a be-all end-all tech. Do you honestly believe that the various military won't use heat vision? Do you think invisibility magically enables you to walk through sensors, mines, electric fences, etc? Invisibility is just a better camouflage. Definitely advantageous, but not even close to being impossible to defend against. I only see it as a great recon tool.

  • @MegaPanzers1 By the way, if you have read any of the info on invisibility cloaks, you'll know that it only bends the light. Close-range, you can see a distortion in light. Similar to the Predator movie, but even worse.

  • Teleportation is impossible. Do you think we will ever have the technology to transport as many atoms as we hold in our bodies? Even if we do, we wouldn't come out well. There's no saying where the atoms in your body will be moved. From your head to you leg. You would be a deformed human. Sure, we can teleport atoms and particles of light, but not such big lifeforms such as us, humans.

  • @Zurlock6622 "Teleportation of humans and lifeforms is impossible" is a better title for this comment.

  • @Zurlock6622 you certainly are confident about that...... What makes you so quick to dismiss the possibilities available to the generations of humans to come?

  • @TheWillIamLee87 I also meant to explain that, I meant this statement in our lifetimes anyway.

  • @Zurlock6622 well lots of shit isn't possible in our lifetimes but fortunately science doesn't deal with just the the few decades that me and you have left on this planet... but please "explain" that's all i want from you because you gotta have some awesome explanation in order to be so confident. I'm all ears btw.

  • @TheWillIamLee87 Read my last comment. If this isn't enough, PM me.

  • were all time travelers, your doing it right now :)

  • Well if u really thought about it, if time travel was possible, then it would probably already exist indefinitely because people from the future would have come back from the future and shared the tech, that is unless the only direction a time traveler could go was forwards

  • @teamHNELSON First let's say it's impossible to travel back in time in our dimension: what if you time travel into a different dimension that is only 1 particle different than ours but 300 years in the past, and it has no direct influence on our dimension Second let's say that that it is possible to travel into the past of our dimension: what makes you think that information would be available to the likes of us? Either way you cannot say.

  • @teamHNELSON maybe they have... :)

  • time travel into the past is impossible, only into the future...

  • time travel can never be possible because u cant change the past and u can always decide what ur going to do so instead of telling u this i could of ate a sandwhich but chossed not to. see i have the power to change the future

  • @TheTrix911 yes that would be the type of time travel u see in the movies.. but individual time travel , such as aging faster or slower than your surroundings is proven very possible

  • @LostPie still not possible because of how the body works it will not age faster or slower than it wasent to.

  • its not *actual* teleportation. nat geo.c()m: The researchers read the "blueprints" of the photons they wanted to teleport. They then broke up the photons into smaller particles called quantum bits and sent these bits, along with the blueprints, through a fiber-optic cable in a sewage pipe under the river.

At the other end, replicas of the original photons were created. The original photons ceased to exist once the replicas were created.

yes this is not real teleportation but it's a good start

  • I love everything but keep the cyborgs away from us i don´t need that creepy stuff

  • invisibility, clever idea, waves go around it, but I just discovered or learned a few weeks ago that the light that we see, it's actually waves, and that we create the images. cool so invisibility is real,

  • to tavel to the future the future(dimension) must allready be existing so if we invent a time machine in the future people from the future might already be here.

  • @robZzdaboss yeah, but wouldn't this create a discontinuity in time?

  • @vickourou time is a reality in a box with in a bigger box. all this would do is remove a box

  • @slickdickdafoola are you talking about the possibility of finding another time dimension or the possibility of "breaking" this one?

  • like the nuclear technologie, whe it first came out it was forced to destroy but now we see the face it really has a possitive effect is just some few who still stuck back in da age. hopefully we could use this in the future for some way to prosper and trow away all we dont need.

  • Oh lets not forget that xray vision in air ports is exposing people to harmful radiation, thanks usa.

  • this would sort of help in war... pros: you cant be seen and can sneak anywhere not radar monitered cons: wont stop a heatseaker from blowing you to shit, wont stop an attack dog from chewing you to kibble, and wont protect you from getting your head shot off by your own guy

  • this mother fucker is an absolute PSYCHO .

  • watch?v=tHnS3_DZWEU

Watch this if you want to know more about the myth of christ being real, and also teleportation.... human teleportation through thought process etc..

This lecture is funny and awsome, check it out.

  • Thak you, saint jose maria escriva....for the Powerful insight into the Future :):)

  • Two things to say:

1: I'm not sure about the rest, but time travel has been disproven.

2: Did he say "head of sci-fi at the science channel"?

  • @lucase62 - -it is - possible "to travel forward." but really you couldjust age alot slower -so as your in a place with time seems faster. causing the illussion of going forward. sorry poorly written

  • So you think another race can't make the journey here from another planet that are thousands of years ahead of our time nah not a chance

  • So you tell me that another race out in space can't get here if there thousands of years ahead of our time yea ? There here

  • I'D RATHER BELIEVE IN THE OLD MEN TAHN THIS FRAUDS... SCIENTIST DOES NOT BELIEVE IN GOD 'CUZ THEY THINK AND THEY WANNA PLAY GOD .

  • @boyeks STFU

  • @boyeks well, you are definately using internet, which is something brought by science. but, anyway, i might be talking non-sense... god and science can be combined, open your mind.

  • YOU CAN TELL THAT THIS MAN IS A SEMI - PSYCHO . TIME TRAVELING CAN NEVER ACHIEVE THEY SHOULD FACE THE FACT THAT NOT ALL THINGS CAN BE POSSIBLE WITH HUMANS ONLY GOD CAN DO ALL THINGS ...

  • @boyeks Get over yourself

  • @Xenthoid tell that to your fuckin' self ass hole !

  • @boyeks FAIL!

Im not the one ranting about how people are playing god and these technologies are impossible because they are from people playing god....again GET OVER YOURSELF!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • H. G. Wells said around 1890 that a radiation could be used to make stuff invisible! That was 120 years ago!

  • all this already exist and its perfected its not something new all this existed decades ago people

  • If we make an time machine...We can hope for the world killing each other for it AND THAT ALSO MEANS NUKES GUYS

  • HAHAHAHAHA

  • he didnt like what he was saying

  • @ihadtomakeausername Well, for example teleportation can be of great use and of convenience in terms of getting around places that are far. It's still just the 21st century so I have no idea how they'll work or how they'll be used but it's a nice thought on what the possibilities are.

  • @ihadtomakeausername But it wouldn't be entirely pointless if it can be used for something convenient or of great use.

  • Wouldn't be good news if you drive a bus or a taxi for a living though would it.

Where do you draw the lines?

I mean if you stack shelves right you might be happy doing that then al of a sudden your boss says "sorry mate, you're not needed anymore we got a teleporter to send the products direct from the warehouse onto the shelf, new tech"

And then later its like "sorry don't need doctors we'll just teleport that new kidney inside the patient, the computers will do it for them"

  • @MDEMONIC689 .....which is why education is so important. The collective IQ needs to be raised first. Old technology dies and takes jobs with it, it's always happened this way. New technology brings new jobs, which need new skills.... education.

  • @BARCACROSSESTHEALPS Right but have you thought how many jobs you'd have to cover? mailmen delivery drivers engineers who put planes, boats, cars etc together. Train, lorry, bus, airline staff. travel agents ALL high street malls/shops anyone involved in cargo All planes trains and automobil manufacturers ALL oil companys oil rig workers Removal men Garbage and waste collection. Not to mention if we still have nukes you would have very little warning and not know where it came from.
  • @MDEMONIC689 yes, but new tech replaces all those old jobs with things we can't even predict from our current vantage. Look at the industrial revolution and how many jobs it killed, then look at how many it created. Some day 99.9% of all work will entail people using problem solving skills. Does a pilot problem solve? Of course, but computers will be able to react to trillions of possible scenarios and the mechanics of flying don't even necessitate the human body anymore. Flying will be a hobby.

  • @MDEMONIC689 this is why humans needs to work more on bio-technology, so we can get brain upgrades, if there are animals with sharper vision, smell sense, touch, and some unknown, so we can, it's just that we have to find the way. in the future let's say 300 years from now, if humanity is in peace, I see humans living up to 500 years, 100x smarter than any of today's humans, super sight vision, able do see thermal and night vision, + new senses, there is a lot to discover. brain is unlockable

  • yay i wanna be nighcrawler! :)

  • so about invisibility, i got this: if you wrap an object in microwaves (which the eye cannot see) you can hide an object behind them? nice :) and teleportation is possible, it has been done with humans it will take a while.

  • Yes we do have flying cars.. They've been in the works for about 10years now... its in the labs etc being tested.. but before we can have flyng cars, we need to have cars that park themselves and drive themselves... iand so far this year a car can park by itself. So we getting closer!

  • "The problems of the world cannot possibly be solved by skeptics or cynics whose horizons are limited by the obvious realities. We need men who can dream of things that never were."

  • @VegitoBlitz24 True. When my grandmother was a child there were cartoons about going to the moon and satellites...Things like that were laughed at and labeled Science Fiction. Now they're Everyday facts. Lots of todays sci-fi will be science fact when we're old and gray.

  • @VegitoBlitz24 We can start with the hover board.

  • i got it! if we make a object that can turn us into photons disassemble us and reassemble in another place thats how we could teleport!

  • @TheSniperhotdog yes but its too dangerous because the particles could be assembled incorrectly

  • @boom144 goos point again a theroy but it wold take a lage amount of money and uraniam 232

  • He's got such a friendly face :)

  • i masturbated to this

  • 3:41 UGH. I HATE THAT DAMN WORD

  • Nah........ Napoleon Dynamite already traveled in time with that T-Handle thingy.,.... I stick with him and Uncle Rico

  • Whoa, freaky.

Check out the time traveling caveman @ 3:15.

  • tiem travel is already a reality. Only to the future of course.

  • if teleportation is possible, then why dont we travel back in time and tell us how.

  • @stickman330 changing the past will change the future and risks everything including our own existence

  • @HauntedShores06 assuming time is linear

  • i hope those teleporting things come out in the future!

  • wise physician tell me about time travel, invisibility cloak, time travel and fountain of youth, now he tell me about teleporting with a microwave O.o

  • Time travel is so fucking stupid. If time travel was possible in the future, we would know about it in the present.

  • @LapisGarter andrew d basiago

  • 3:36 are those cyborgs o0 wtf? or do asians always walk likethat?

  • i can make objects disappear too, its called throwing it away in the trash

  • Michio has become way too commercial

  • @MsYperite He has. He also claimed that time travel was impossible (exact opposite of what he's claiming here). I remember listening to him on the radio about 5 yrs ago when he made the claim. He loves showing up on these goofy news programs and offering soundbites to the masses. He simplifies complex ideas and presents theoretical physics as though it were fact. I stopped paying much attention to him after he got his own TV series

  • according to the timeline theory, as far as we are concerned the great great grandaughter thing can happen to us because as far as were concerned we are the original timeline and the grandaughter thing happens in a split timeline.

  • I think this is awesome! But its kinda true... are we ready? Can the human race handle something like this? I mean if were so advanced to the point were working on the impossible... what if we accidentally destroy our selves? The human race is the only species known to actually be able to destroy its own society. This is a big step for science but what if a terrorist would get its hands on one of those invisibility machines?

  • @Aquaduck20050

could we handle the power of light? first pc? or a car? or a fire? that's same :)

  • Theory does not necessarily mean in the near future.

  • lol the anchor didn't understand anything. If you stand in microwaves you become invisible??? That's not what this is!! You idiot!

  • HOPEFULLY WE CAN TELEPORT FAGGOTS TO OTHER PLANETS

  • @fuckwitit10 LOL

  • I don't believe time is anything but a measurement, just like a meter or a liter. Unless you wanna count running over a time zone "time travel" or somehow slow down everything in the universe and call it slowing time I don't believe you can travel it backwards. Well unless you "tape" the whole universe on a recorder and then somehow manage to rewind it all. Of course it's possible that long after my death somebody from 5010 reads this and laughs at me. :P

  • @LordLastDay It doesn't matter what you believe, it matters what the facts are, and Einstein long ago proved what you just said to be wrong.

  • @trtnec Einstein is a great man and he made many theories, many of which have been proven true, so I'm maybe I shouldn't be completely shocked if somebody from the future appears on my front lawn through some kind of tear in space time. Until that happens, however, I wouldn't hold high hopes for it. Sorry.

  • Teleportation and invisibility will help to convenience mankind overall, but it will also allow governments to keep tighter control over their citizenry...think about it.....

  • i have this book, it is awesome

  • I have a plan for using microwaves to make Glenn Beck disappear.

  • Why stop there? I say beam 90% of Washington DC to another dimension.

  • @Kapan60 lol Right on

  • Michio Kaku is among scientists a well known kook

  • I am placing an order for a cloak! I need to kick some people right in the you know what!!!

  • Telepathically controlled robots? No wonder this guy believes CO2 causes global warming.

  • Not all Americans are "friggin' ignorant of science." I've been studying various sciences since 1971, turned to Physics in the mid-80s - for exactly the kind of things that Michio was talking about.

I like the way he explains things. . . even somebody who never cracked open a science book in school can understand, and those of us who have the comprehension can see the underlying science. . .

  • I seen this dude on the History channel! I knew I recognized him from somewhere.

  • Why do things decay of there is no time? Why did you need an accurate clock to sail accurately in the past?

  • Wouldn't it suck to loose your invisibility cloak?

  • if Palin gets elected president, most likely America will lack behind in this technology. watch as China and the rest of Asia take advantage and rule the coming century, just like Europeans and N.America ruled the last century.

  • this technology is 10 years old. only now is it being revealed. currently we have technology that is 10 years advanced for our time, not to mention alien anti-gravity quantum physic technology.

  • Predator won't like this.

  • NASA screwed up, and showed footage of the Sun with a couple of "planets" that are not supposed to be there. They tried to pull it, and cover it up, BUT THE INTERNET WON! :)

Disclosure by nasa on "planetx" happened, and now the discussion is that the new images may be it's moons or planets related to it.

  • Good, now do the test trials on Michelle Obama!

  • i thought michio only went to fox news.. good to see him on other networks than idiot fox

  • (bullshit)

  • only a few are going to benefit from these technologies. when you have more and more robots to do the job, why would they need us?

notice how he also injected the "naked body scan machines" as a normal thing we already have. SON OF A BITCH!!!

  • DAAAAAAMN! 0_0

  • This gook is a pain in the reality ass.

  • When will we get..Immortality, Telekinesis, Telepathy, Precognition, True Empathy, Claircognizance, Teleportation, Invisibility, Invincibility, Holodecks, Replicators, Human Flight, Rapid Cellular Regeneration, Technopathy, Eidetic Memory, Psychometry, Empathic Mimicry, Super Hearing, X-Ray Vision, Super Intelligence, Time Manipulation, Time Travel, Faster Than Light Speed Travel, Wormhole Travel, Traveling To Different Dimensions, & Becoming a Type I than a Type II than a Type III Civilization

  • The day Rush Limbaugh becomes president.

  • @halcyon0830 I'm of the opinion (as are many others) that molecular nanotechnology will enable many of these advancements.

  • govt funds well spent? I'm not american it's not my money

  • verry cool. lets do it.

  • Kaku is a theoretical physicist so he says it's possible.

Ask a practical physicist and he will tell you it's impossible.

Theoretical physicists and Practical Physicists do not get along with each other.

  • Too true. However, I find theoretical physics much more interesting.

  • People like to forget about the "theoretical" part of their occupation description. These are the same people dreaming up theories with more adjustable parameters than any other theory or hypothesis thus far (Big Bang BS). Humans live in such a pre-scientific era. They really don't know shit.

  • Comment removed

  • Pre-scientific as in current human scientific knowledge is infitesimal compatred to what there is yet to discover.

  • *compared to

  • @ua1001 You forget Michio Kaku is considered by the elite circles of the scentific community as the Einstein in our life time. I am sure you nowhere close to that yourself so go troll somewhere else...

  • @ua1001 You forgot that this has actually happened...

  • @ua1001 maby you should buy a dictionary and find out what those terms actually mean, along with 'theory'

  • @ua1001 does anyone get along with anyone else? ever? anywhere in all subjects?

  • matter is everywhere simply, when an atom is moved at a high rate of speed from 1 destination to another it appears to disappear n appear, when in reality it only moved thru the mass around it faster than eyesight.when u speed your vehicle from 1 destination to another- you are only going fast.now faster x millions or such.its a fast enuff rate of speed, that the atoms squeeze inbetween the opposing force, in reality there is no teleport only straight line or a bend to the destination.

  • military tech is 100 years ahead of anything u can imagine. they can already teleport to mars :D

  • is there anyone who thinks the bureaucrats working on these black government op sites wont abuse this technology to epic proportions ? add some invisibility and time travel into their hands and we will either be living in a 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' movie or ancient egypt with 2 extreme human classes, the "haves"(gods like) and the "have nots" (sub humans, slaves).

  • if the media is announcing that this technology is amost here or right around the corrner then it probably already exists on earth in some underground bunker.

  • how can u even prove to teleport atoms...

when everything is made of atoms....

  • lol @ teleportation being a possibility. Okay maybe it's true to an extent. Inanimate objects? maybe. But humans? No fucking way. For teleportation to be possible you would need 2 machines. One that captures the atomic structure of whatever it is you want to teleport and another that reproduces the atoms on the other side. Considering that the human body is made up of countless atoms and that scientists would need to capture the essence of each one, even the smallest mistake could be fatal.
