@TheWillians01 Te lo dije: Dentro del metal hay muchos subgéneros. Cannibal corpse (la única que más o menos conozco de las que has nombrado) pertenece a una clase más dura de Death Metal, subgénero que no suele tratar sobre temas satánicos pero si que se recrea bastante en la violencia y que utiliza voces guturales (cosa que te lleva a pensar en satanismo). En el Black Metal es más frecuente encontrar temas satánicos. Y bueno, si te interesa también existen metal y rock cristiano xd.

Claro que hay letras que hacen alusión al satanismo (no es este el caso por cierto) pero aun así éste no es exclusivo de las canciones de metal pese al absurdo tópico de que así es... @XxsekvxX . I agree Snowy is funny amazing and so versatile. You just can't miss him on the stage. I just love how he plays live. Tuna 1613 on the live gothik dvd is a work of art :) and so is the manowar cover Thor. He is quite a show man and Therion needs him... probably will live without him but they need more than the new guy. Mats L.was not a member of the band. Neither is Snowy. He was also amazing but i don't miss him so much.

I remember I listened a CD with the music from the same concert and it was much, much better. That was when I got ill with Therion. Noone can't make a passion for a band who sings like that, I think the record was the problem
One of the key for a good concert - as much as I know - is the sound engineer. I think here this is the week link, because when recorded in a studio this one sounds much much better
Love it when Lori covers Snowy's f*ckup at 3:15 and sings the choir mostly by herself with her powerful soprano voice. And then at 4:10 she proves she can sing low too. And then Snowy makes up for all mistakes by mockingly reffering to Woodstock.
I'm a huge therion fan, but i gotta say that was kind of lame... it sounded like they hadn't even practiced it with the new lineup since Mats left and were just sort of winging it. Just look at the version from live gothic, or miskolk for comparison.
Mats Levén was the best male lead they ever had and I hope he comes back in the future.
The Wacken video is live in the true sense. Live Gothic has the benefit of post-production work prior to the CD and DVD release. Pulling off their act in a quick set change festival environment and getting it right is no easy feat. With that said - they did a pretty good job under the circumstances.
@lesterawilson3 most of the song is pretty good, except the chorus doesn't sound right at all with the singers and the way they are singing it, and it looks like snowy screwed up a couple of times and couldn't remember his parts, that's why i made the comment taht it seemed like they hadn't practiced it. also thought it was weird that they didn't get the new guy Vikstorm who took Mats place to sing the chorus.

@TheWillians01 A ver si nos aclaramos de una vez, metal no siempre es igual a satánico, de hecho es un género musical que abarca una gran variedad de temas: la vida, el amor, temas épicos... Claro que hay letras que hacen alusión al satanismo (no es este el caso por cierto) pero aun así éste no es exclusivo de las canciones de metal pese al absurdo tópico de que así es... Pero que se le va a hacer si la gente no escucha antes de hablar (en tu caso, escribir) . Saludos

@XxsekvxX . I agree Snowy is funny amazing and so versatile. You just can't miss him on the stage. I just love how he plays live. Tuna 1613 on the live gothik dvd is a work of art :) and so is the manowar cover Thor. He is quite a show man and Therion needs him... probably will live without him but they need more than the new guy. Mats L.was not a member of the band. Neither is Snowy. He was also amazing but i don't miss him so much.

I remember I listened a CD with the music from the same concert and it was much, much better. That was when I got ill with Therion. Noone can't make a passion for a band who sings like that, I think the record was the problem

Love it when Lori covers Snowy's f*ckup at 3:15 and sings the choir mostly by herself with her powerful soprano voice. And then at 4:10 she proves she can sing low too. And then Snowy makes up for all mistakes by mockingly reffering to Woodstock.

I'm a huge therion fan, but i gotta say that was kind of lame... it sounded like they hadn't even practiced it with the new lineup since Mats left and were just sort of winging it. Just look at the version from live gothic, or miskolk for comparison.
Mats Levén was the best male lead they ever had and I hope he comes back in the future.

The Wacken video is live in the true sense. Live Gothic has the benefit of post-production work prior to the CD and DVD release. Pulling off their act in a quick set change festival environment and getting it right is no easy feat. With that said - they did a pretty good job under the circumstances.

@lesterawilson3 most of the song is pretty good, except the chorus doesn't sound right at all with the singers and the way they are singing it, and it looks like snowy screwed up a couple of times and couldn't remember his parts, that's why i made the comment taht it seemed like they hadn't practiced it. also thought it was weird that they didn't get the new guy Vikstorm who took Mats place to sing the chorus.

saben que es lo malo de Therion¿?¿......es que no tiene vocalista propio...pero a la vez resulta interesante..pq saca canciones impresionantes desde Vovin hasta Gothic Kaballah..con diferentes cantantes en estudio..como Saha Jezebell , Eileen Kupper Anne-marie Krawe o Lori Lewis pero en concierto es otra cosa...no es lo mismo......auque la banda es bien chingona es estudio...eso no se duda...
