They play a bit during a rehearsal and it's pretty cool, it allows decompression before the pressure and stage fright. In addition you must have a mind to strange comments about wearing sweatpants by Colm Wilkinson. I note is that even in rehearsal his "Bring Him Home" chills. I listen to him sing I do not look at his pants!
Ha! Marius has 80s rocker hair...seems like in many productions, Marius' hairstyle (and to a certain extent, the other Amis) reflect the style of the real-world era.
"Bring Him Home" brings tears to my eyes with it's most powerful message. I work with suicidal youth and I wish all of them could understand their significance, worth, and that they are loved by God unconditionally.
@sloopy312 That was beautifully put. It sounds like the youth with whom you work are extremely lucky that God has put you into their lives. Play them the song; tell them that you feel the same way about them as Valjean does about Marius. That could be very effective. God bless.
@alyzu1 Lame excuse! I lived through he eighties and wore some HIDEOUS attire, but that hair beats it all. But I saw him twice when he returned the last year of the show... a hummana hummana!!!! AMAZING!
