Just a note on shihonage: When performing shihonage, uke should not be erect after nage pivots under uke's arm. In fact, uke should be clearly stretched out and off balance before the pivot occurs. If uke can stand perfectly straight at any point during nage's performance of shihonage, uke can defeat shihonage.
Also an important note.keeping your back straight while executing this technique is extremely vital. If not, you can easily fall or be pulled down.
