@alonalon777 People always misunderstand what 'better graphics' mean. Just because the colors are bold and it looks pretty does not mean it is the most realistic. There are alot of games with great artistic graphics but i wouldnt say wow man that looks real. Crysis 1 looked real, this does not, I just hope that the pc version is better, textures are really low res and everything is flat and lighting is just ok and so on...

@PELIECHO419 well that sounds about right mate, but PCs have had a huge number of hardware failures over the years and the ultimate problem is some games just dont work on some computers whilst on consoles eveyone has the same systems and can play easily. for instance i have an old copy of battle for middle-earth 2 but for some unknown reason it doesnt work on my windows 7. but bfme 2 works on the newer xboxs just fine.

I have a question for anyone who is willing to read. I just finished Crysis and Crysis Warhead and I was blown away by its sheer righteousness. The only thing I was disappointed in wasn't even the game, it was my computer. During cut scenes and sometimes in the actual game play my computer would lag like crazy, so i had to lower my settings. Which brings me to my question, should i get this on PC or on PS3 (Xbox isn't an option because I don't have one)

@TheBlahblahman101 Well...I mean if you're computer couldn't handle Crysis or Warhead I would suggest getting it on PS3 because it will have fixed settings and won't lag...although upgrading you're computer could be an option for you. But I would still suggest Ps3 because it won't cost you anything extra to upgrade you're computer, and it will still look good.

@TheBlahblahman101 They have better optimized the engine, so it shouldn't lag like that. While Crysis was very good at visuals, and is known for having high requirements, in needs high requirements to look uber l33t. They tweaked it for it to be better optimized.

@TheFartking90 depends on the rest of your setup. you may have to sacrifice one or two features for good framerates. other options include overclocking the card (but crysis could cause it to melt) or getting another one in SLI. that would definitely work

@TheFartking90 i know crysis 1 worked fine on my 275 on very high. but when i tried anti-aliasing it failed. Processor has something to do with it too, if you want to run a game like crysis all maxed out, don't go AMD for central processing .. it's called a bottleneck :P

But the 275 was fine, and with crysis 2 i imagine it'll be even better because of the better engine coding.

Since you cannot buy new graphic cards to the console, the "Border" at the consoles ain't that high as the PCs "border". That's one of many reasons why people are using PC instead of Xbox360, PS3 and Wii. And there is also a reason why consoles got auto aim in the most FPS (Cod mw2, black ops, halo)

PS3 runs like 20 game on true 1080p and the rest is all upscaled from a lower resolution. So if you have a good computer and a good screen, then the graphics will be better on pc with almost every game.
