Ok maybe a guest worker program I can see the reason for it but with the amount of legal bullshit this country has that would be argued as "second class citizens". The alternative would be to give citizenship to all. Currently, let's say there are 20million illegals, the Immigration office handles about 2 million applications a year and it takes 1 year to get your spouse here, with 20 million even for legitimate citizens that would be postponed to years.

well the need about inmigrations is not yours but theirs. US & Mex both need to open frontiers in social and money issues. So Mexs need money and education (US education as they cross the frontier) and US need to implement a way to open that posobility for them. Since Mexs are not US citizens they arent able to afford same obligations so a path must be shown just the same as it happened to US people in the past, less regulations, less taxes more open legal ways otherwise its just not possible.
