I actually watch the Flyers the most out of any other team than the Penguins. Did i say that he got raped? No. I said Bieksa landed more punches than Richards did. That means that he controlled the fight therefore he won. Based on the rest of the fight and if the refs handed jumped in Bieksa could have done alot more damage. And don't gimme some bullshit excuse that Richards was smaller than Bieksa. He's in the NHL. GTFO if you can't handle big guys hitting you. It's part of the game and I give Richards props for trying. Bieksa however controlled the fight.

Obviously guys get back up and keep going when they lose their balance. But the problem you run into is, Richards hadn't landed a punch the whole fight, had already been wobbled by two different punches, and had already got fucked up by Bieska in a previous fight. So the refs obviously felt Richards was at a severe disadvantage or they wouldn't have stopped it. If that was Boogaard vs Laraque and one of them slipped u think they would stop it? Nope. They knew Richards was done, and had no shot.
