Looks like Starplex/Smirnoff. Great footage. I saw them there on the "Saturn" tour in the early '00s, and they put on a fantastic show. Gwen was one of the most charismatic and sexy frontwomen I have ever seen live, second only to her good friend Shirley Manson.
Hearing her say "Texas" over and over makes me homesick. LOL
