If it is ballad you can't expect fast or mindblowing solo,etc... This song is slow, so they don't need to change tempo to make it sound better.

This solo fits song, it is perfect, and the song too.

So shut up and go listen to your bands, which you can't understand a word they sing even if you read lyrics.

what do you see as excellent solos and why not epecting such? of course, changing tempo is a reaallly hard thing to do, but they could at least play faster in the same tempo... and about the screaming in metal, only seeing texts and lyrics is quite unfitting. after all a normal band consists of at least 4 guys. if you just see one of those 4 parts, then you're clearly missing something.
