this sequel was one of Zombie's best. I saw just the day before yesterday and i thought it rocked! Better then the first. Plus the ending gives it a twist and tells you their just might be more instore. So cross your fingers. Plus for people who don't know, Rob might be doing a third and it won't be based off you Season of the Witch, so don't get your hopes up, plus there was no point in calling it Halloween 3 because michael wasn't in that $#%& at all. but this movie was awesome!!!!!

i dnt think he ruined it, i think he re-invented it, the original never went into why michael kills or how he ended up being the monster he is, rob zombie showed us half of this in the first film, the psychological aspects of a horror film is what makes it scary, now we get to see why he continues to kill, he obviously belives his mum is telling him what to do, i think it makes it more realistic and more natural like this :)

They filmed part of this right down the street from my house, it was pretty cool. I was buddies with the guy who owned the bar they were filming at, and he told one of the main guys on the crew that I was his friend and then that crew guy said I could go up and eat dinner with the crew and all, so I did and I got to eat dinner with Rob Zombie himself. Granted, he was about 20 or 30 feet aways from me, but it was still pretty cool.

I am a huge fan of House of 1000 Corpses and Devils Rejects just as I am of the original Halloween, so I thought another Rob Zombie movie would be awesome. In my honest opinion its up to par with the original. Like it has been said "its not a remake, its a retelling" thats what I like about it. If zombie just redid it, it would prolly suck. He adds a darkness and multiplies the horror in his films. If this one is as good as his others (and hes 3 for 3 in my book) then it is worth seeing.

I've been a devout fan of this series since I saw the first one at twelve years old. I'm now 24, and Halloween has only grown further on me. THIS IS NOT A REMAKE OF H2/ ROB'S FIRST HALLOWEEN WAS NOT A REMAKE OF THE ORIGINAL. They Are RETELLINGS, and the first one was outstanding, in my humble opinion.
