After using the push pull tool to drag the first spoke you can double click on the others one at a time or select them all and drag them all at the same time, much quicker!! you need to make a hub in the middle and a rim on the edge to be a proper wheel, go to the 3d Warehouse and search for: "COL 1's Alloy Wheels" to see some of mine!
