Its not reely a mystery. Its NOT kiss this guy. Its 100% Kiss the sky.
But as said by glynsgoods. Hendrix used "kiss this guy" as a paradoy and even blew a kiss to Mitch Mitchell or Noel Redding (Drummer and Bassist).

The song's lyric 'Scuse me while I kiss the sky has been widely misheard as 'Scuse me while I kiss this guy. However, in some live performances, as a joke, Hendrix clearly and unmistakably sang 'Scuse me, while I kiss that guy. One of these appears on the album Voodoo Child : The Jimi Hendrix Collection [Disc 2]. and the box set The Jimi Hendrix Experience.

And in the last clip it looks like he is pointing at the drummer : )
But in the middle clip he looks up at the sky!! I guess it will remain a mystery for now.

Thanks for that info, I was not sure whether "Kiss this guy" was used after his death. Like the idea of Jimi joking with his own lyrics : )
