Definately looking way too much into this, but these three Very Uncensored Sonics do have a sort of storyline going on, I think. Episode 2 would be first, showing Robotnik's first contact with a woman, which went miserably. Next is episode 2, where at the very beginning he recounts his distaste for females...and then is raped by Sonic. Come episode 3, he's gone completely insane, having sex with his own robots, which drives Scratch to suicide. Very tragic story.

In Robotnik's case, this is really the first contact he's ever had with a female that wasn't his mom. As seen in Uncensored Sonic 2 he doesn't know how to react to Catella's advances, and after being raped by her, he's left traumatized. It transitions perfectly into episode 1 which starts off with him swearing off women for good due to his trauma
