They are called "corn snakes" is because they live and hunt in big corn barns in the USA because that is where they found all of the mice because the mice eat the corn.

Don't leave the water in the bowl for longer than 24 hours, he wont drink it, change it everyday with non chlorinated water (botteld water) if this dosent work or you dont see a difference in his drinking habits! bring him to your closest reptile specialist veterinarian.

im getting a Leopard Gecko but after watching this im sort of borderline on considering a corn snake, im only 13 so what size tank can i stick to because i might not be able to afford a 40-50 gallon.

if u get a baby corn he can live in a 10 gal for like a year and will need a 20 long at least as an adult

for a baby corn snake, stick with a 10 gal. that will last a about a year. when the snake reaches 2'6" then get a 30 or 40 that will last it until it is an adult. if the snake seems unhappy with a 40 get a 50 or even 65 if you want to spoil it
