Emirates need something, last time I flew DXB to CPT, we took off with a baby in arms in front of me with no belt on it. A few minutes before a crew member had just asked a man with a leg in half plaster if he would like and emergency exit seat.

The most uncomfortable 777 economy config with 3/4/3 abreast, so narrow you couldn’t walk normally down the aisle or sit side by side at the same chair angle to eat (so little room).

The foot rest had been removed, Great. Never again.

Whoever dreamed up this jewel of a video is a Genius... The music flows smoothly, it's engaging, uncluttered, classy, and quite timeless... It relays a soothing feeling of tranquility one wishes for right after going through the airport chaos... I absolutely love the opening scene, with the solitary aircraft flowing through the sky... The welcoming Global character of Emirates... WOW... I could watch this every day just to relax...

Nice touch at the end where they explain "comfort in the air".  In my opinion the video is short as the woman speaks quite quick, there sould be a longer pause between each different explanation. :)

went on this plane a few months back, amazing take off and landings. You get on the runway and then full throttle and up in the air with ease, and a much better ride than a 747. This shows European engineering is the best!

@ParkerLiberty Though you have to watch it twice in two languages! Then you ave to watch the ICE advert twice to so its well over 10 mins! It can be annoying when you have a long flight from Manchester to Melbourne Return when you have to watch it 6 times!

@RobFrain Matter of choice Rob. Put up with 10 minutes and have a great IFE or fly someone else with limited films and TV. Chances are their safety and intro videos will be longer anyhow.

this is really well made, love all the graphics, emriates is such a fantastic airline to fly with, don't know why they don't have a 5*, because except for the premium terminals which not many people really use comapred to economy, there really isn't much difference.

the video is great the only time it scared me waswhen the video tells u that u should do exeses to keep ur blood flowing good thats crazy thats a long flight i would take so many slipping pills i wonder how many meals u get per fight and yes drink water close the bar and drink water

@swan777 Right now its set for The Aibus A380 and the Boeing 777-300ER/200LR.

I suppose they will start putting it on the Older 777's, A330 and A340 later.

Very nice! But still doesn't beat the safety video from the late '90s / early '00s with the funky music in the background. :D Thank God the new safety video + video demonstrating the features on board don't take up the first 15 minutes of your flight.
