  • do i need 2 play the other Ar tonelico games to understand this one ? i never played the ones on ps2

  • @hidokenking351 well not really. But I'd still recommand playing the 2nd game cuz this game is the direct sequel and almost countinue the story of the 2nd. And there's many cameos from both the 1st and the 2nd game. But if you don't wanna play them, the story shouldn't be diffucult to understand without playing the first 2. It's just you won't understand some cameos and stroy plot.

  • they are makeing Ar tonelico 4 it be in Japen on sep 11 2012

  • The girl sound like that actor for Noel Vermillion in BlazBlue xD :D

  • slutty looking outfits on girl that look 12 and a game only a child would enjoy

  • hate dubs, sounds so stupid, just use original w/ subs!

  • @PChan33

the japanese voices are pretty terrible too.

  • .Hack Tonelico Qoga!!!

  • Bestsku has the premium box set for $49.99

Thats a pretty big difference from what other game stores are selling it for if you wanted to buy this game.

  • No offense, but I don't know which is creepier... This line:

AOTO: Can you take some clothes off for me?

    Or the response:

    SAKI: Y-yes! I'll do it!

  • Oh man! This looks cool... oh wait... I have never played an Ar Tonelico game... DAMN IT! TIME TO EARN MONEY!

  • Admittedly, the opening part with Aoto shouting "Saki!" made me cringe from how cheesy it sounded, but it wasn't "bad." I'll probably play it once in English and once in Japanese anyhow, just like I do with most every NISA/Gust game.

  • Ah, I certainly hear a very familiar voice in here. Vic Monagoa?

  • @SuperGamer999 Nahh, I think most of the voice actors are relatively new... Apart from Stephanie Sheh (voice of Orihime in Bleach, Mikuru in Haruhi, etc)

  • Hmm, under age girls with so little clothes on.... no thanks.

  • @xigmatekdk That's what japans all about bro. The secret desire that looms in every man's heart. Jk ... *looks around for FBI*

  • @xigmatekdk Since when did video game characters have an age silly.

  • @xigmatekdk Nonono, if this game was released in NA and EU then they're all over 18 of course!! ;) lol

  • @xigmatekdk Pussy

  • @xigmatekdk but what about 1:48 ?

  • @xigmatekdk That's a shit reason not to play game.

  • Cant wait

  • This reminds me of .Hack! @.@

  • I'm guessing I have to play the other Ar Tonelico games to understand this one, huh. Shit.

  • Nice work with english voices! I didnt felt out of the videoclip at all, it even made my eyes teary!, already had the calendar edition pre-ordered since the first day!

  • Wow, NISA's first M rated game. They're getting out of hand with the sexuality! :3

  • WE WANT THE GAME WITHOUT CENSURE...

  • @BazarGamer The game is rated "M" for "Mature", "Manly", and "Overly sexualized", which means there's no censure to speak of, dummy.

  • @BazarGamer Do you even know what that word means? Hint: censure does not mean the same thing as censor. Even then, I think you need to learn the difference between verbs and nouns, because you really don't make sense.

  • getting my pre order tonight. Gotta get that exclusive NISA calendar!

  • @TheCrescentKnight

I read somewhere it's to sell copies to the people that would be like -3? No thank you- It was a topic on GameFaqs, but it's a business decison which is kinda stupid but NISA can do whatever they want.

  • @ScottMN1985 Well there is that, but also NISA tried to be more unique. Like for Ar tonelico fans who know the hymmnos language the series uses, they would know what the title means. Qoga is a way of saying an ending and it suits a trilogy series where this being the 3rd game.

  • Dual audio, pleaseee.

  • @fize4ever

    There is.

  • @Darkrise714 And you know why? Because NISA is awesome.

  • Does it have the option to use the japanese voices?

  • @Rozencraft Yup, just like most NISA games :) Although the English voices sound good too.

  • Fakign awesome. I'm buying a ps3 tomorrow.

  • So cool!!!

  • IT'S ABOUT FREAKIN' TIME!!

Although, what's with the title? Why isn't it Ar Tonelico III: Melody of Ar Ciel? You know, like the first two games.

  • finaly i have been waiting for it to come out in the states

  • I'm excited for this game!^^.I've beat the 1st game last weekend and I'm going to try to beat the 2nd one before I play this one!^^.I was amazed at how easy I found the first two considering how many years has past.I can't wait to see how this game plays out!XD

  • the beginning of the song reminds me of tales of innocence. i want this game!

  • Dammit, now I have to buy a ps3 again. Everything looks like an improvement: the graphics, gameplay, story, and the music is just as fantastic as the last two. The story preview at 2:43 sounds so powerful. A lot stronger than the 1st for sure, and I'm really excited for this. Definitely going to pick this up.

  • :D I love their games so much!

But I do have one concern, does anyone know if there will be an option to turn off the losing clothing animations in the battles? (I have a little bro so it could get awkward if that happened every fight) I remember hearing a lot of rumors about there being an option but never an official announcement

  • @snipingsnipe You can. I've seen a screenshot somewhere where it has a menu for brightness and stuff and says something like "Purge Movies" with on or off options.

  • I can't wait. Amazing music as usual. Just wish I could buy the soundtracks.

  • Wow this looks amazing. I wonder if I can understand this game without playing the second game.

  • All ready have my pre-order for the one with the calendar x3
