I never got an answering machine - if that's what you mean?

I got an automated service that says "press 1 for.." etc. It tells you to press a certain # to place an order, then connects you directly to a live person. If you're not getting a live person you're either dialing the wrong #, selecting the wrong option, or calling during off hours. LOL Sorry girl, maybe just try at a different time of day? Not sure why you can't get a hold of someone.

Gosh! I'm still haveing problems. I'm calling this number but i ALWAYS get a recording that says everyones busy, but im called before and after five..so i dont understand >=[

Hmmm strange! Every time I called I got a live person - even on off hours. They just told me I couldn't order until after like 8am EST or something so I had to call back.

Check the MAC Pro website & see which numbers they have listed. Maybe They've changed something again recently.

Or just try the OTHER number they have listed & ask them if it's the right # for placing an order ;) LOL If not they will direct you to the correct #.

I'd call back & try to get someone else & just ask what the correct number is for placing an order. If they tell you that you need a Pro car, ask how long that's been in effect because it never was an issue with anyone before. Lots of non-Pro Members order via the phone!

On the MAC PRO website it gives a US toll free number & a Canada toll free number. If you call the one designated for US they will tell you to call the other one (Canada) to place orders.

i love the vibrant grape color the best b/c I love purples and I just can't seem to make blues or yellows work on me at all. I can't wait to see some looks using these colors. Now I have a question for u, is that an engagement ring I see on ur left hand??? if so, a huge CONGRATS to u r in order!!! From what I could see, which wasn't much, whatever the ring is, engagement or not, looked beautiful.

LOL No, it's not an official engagement ring or wedding ring or anything of the sort.

It *IS* a wedding set, but I just bought it to wear, to keep away unwanted attention. So, it's just a ring =) hehe

Yes, the PRO number will sell all MAC items. Just go to the website MACPRO (dot) com to see all the colors & products they have. You can get refill pans in any color.

Ohh i hate colors like that - look so gorgeous in the pan but you can never see 'em on your lid!! Maybe we'll just have to fake it & use a nice blue base!! LOL

yeah i know its quite frustrating when they dont show up on your lid and look gorgeous in the pan and im just going crazy swirling my brush in it trying to pick up the color HAHA :D

Yikes! You can even get generic 26mm palettes that hold 28 pans for like $7 - $10 or something like that. They are not quite as nice looking as the MAC ones, but they can do the job if you're on a budget! They just need to be tweaked since they are NOT magnetic like the MAC palettes. Glue in some magnets & they should work fine though ;)

bright sunshine is my very first yellow ES; and you're right about the finish difference between bitter and sour lemon--bitter is very matte whereas sour lemon is more shiny ) curious to know how you like lip erase

First you reach an automated greeting service in English & French. Tells you to press a certain # to place an order. Connects you directly to a customer service rep. Tell her you want to place an order. She will ask for your name & address & what items you want. She inputs it all into the system item by item, gives you the total cost & asks for your credit card #. Then she tells you when it will ship & how long it should take. Simple! =) Takes like 10 minutes.

Nah your helping, the camera angle thing I can change, the eyebrows well, at the end of the time when you need to wax them they are just going to look frightful. Ive found myself using Benefit Lemonaid to try and cover them some so they arent so noticeable! lol

i didnt think much of the lip erase it dries up, so i use w7 concealer sick with tea tree in, i tried lads of others and thhe w7 is excellent

YEah, i tried the lip erase tonight, and it just looks like concealer or foundation. Goes on creamy, lip a lip conditioner, but it dries up fast on your lips.

Not sure what i think about it. I could have just stuck to a very nude lipstick (like Myth) and had the same results, if not better, me thinks ;) LOL We will see....
