It is wonderful that this kid has the chance to learn first hand what it is for a dog to be chained all the time. She will grow up understanding that if you are not ready to take care of your dog and realize that he or she is part of your family, you don't get one! I have 2 dogs and they are never left outside alone. They sleep with me and they love it. Tammy, you are doing a great job and I admire your courage when you took Doogie away from these cruel owners and hide him away.
