Personally I don't think we should even celebrate Easter for two reasons. One no where in the Bible does it even say to celebrate Jesus resurrection. If it does, show me proof. The resurrection is a guaranteed act from God, unlike his death which was chosen by Jesus himself. Secondly, like many claimed Christians, they have no idea what the origins of Easter are. Easter is clearly a pagan holiday and can easily be researched right back to different gods. Jesus died on Nisan 14. Luke 22:18

The key is that many of us don't really believe that Jesus died and rose again. We still think that is impossible even though we have read it in scripture. But, those of us that believe on Him receive from Him a great reward, because we believe in the power of our God to anything. Hallelujah!!!

Showing a demonstration means in your Christian walk not in a demonstration or "floor show". Is he trying to equate himself with Christ getting up out of the grave. Not being judgemental but I am trying to get to the point that there are souls to be saved and getting up out of a casket in your own church and saying "He got up etc.," is not winning souls. If he really wanted to save souls by doing this act he should take it outside the church.

Some folk or should I say not all folk are at the level of spiritual maturity as some others believe that they themselves are in order to receive just the same o'le message. This is no different than a theatrical production, easter play, christmas play in order to deliver the message. I just thank GOD for the 1 soul that may have been touched. GOD had the prophet Ezekiel to do some strange things to convey a message as well as Hosea. And who is more dramatic...

This is on hot ghetto mess . com! This is horrible the church is a joke no holiness but all forms of pagan entertainment. Entertainment N the church is not permitted that goes for the pastor's anniversary it's entertainment for the silly pastor! Appreciation serv of any kind all pagan! we got big mouths but no righteousness ppl sick dying going to hell but we want to entertain all those concerts church American idols, Sunday's best all pagan! what is really troublesome about that 'sermon' is that the vast majority of those in attendance probably couldn't tell you what the message was that day but they will tell you that 'he DEFINITELY preached!!' that's the sad reality of what people believe preaching is about. whatever happened to the LORD's Word being the focal point instead of all of the entertainment? an even better question: what do you think Christ's opinion would've been having come back and witnessing that charade? hmmmmmmmm

He used a casket becuase for some reason tombs carved in the side of a mountain are hard to find in Gary...go figure!! By the way I was minister of music at the time! Too much? Nope because there were people there who didn't understand the ressurection story. Six people came to Christ that Easter morning! Too much! Nope, just enough!

The unborn child with a crack addict mother is affected as well as the victims of thousands of crimes tht take place each year. well when you take drugs while pregnant you deserve to be shot in the fucken face right after you give birth. When I said you don`t harm anyone i actually considered being pregnant as to be with someone hence you shouldn`t be taking them if you are a normal being.
